You make a hobby out of defending people who threaten to kill federal agents who are simply exercising their duty under the law? You support Black Lives Matter too?

And you make a hobby out of defending corrupt federal agencies that withhold exculpatory evidence

The Bundy's have Constutional rights like everyone else, if you have a problem with these basic protections afforded to every American citizen, then by all means, move to the nearest Central America hell hole and take a few like minded individuals with you

Arguing in defense of banana republic tactics shows that the Left has really sunk to new lows

I guess during the Obama administation the Left got used to the idea of that it was OK for the Govt to violate these rights if the accused was a Conservative.

Actually, if I read everything correctly, this had nothing to do with Bundy's guilt, which is not in dispute, but had everything to do with the Government prosecution team screwing this up.

I don't know if the it was negligence or intentional, but it seems that Bundy is now free due to incompetence, or worse, criminal action on the part of the government.

You would have to support that statement with evidence, and not your personal opinion.....The judge that ruled in favor of Bundy is a minority Obama appointee ; I don't see this as anything other than a massive screw up on the side of the government.

The Bundy's owed over 1 million dollars in back federal fees for letting their cattle graze on federal property for years, and had been ordered to pay or have their cattle seized. They refused. Their rights had not been violated at this point.

I don't understand how your comment compliments that last sentence. The case was dismissed, not because of gun rights, but because the federal government tried to cheat their way to an easier conviction. If they had to exaggerate or withhold evidence, then they didn't trust their own case.

The Second Amendment is our last defense against tyranny. The right to keep and bear arms is a doomsday provision to be used as a last resort when all other rights fail. The founders saw firearm ownership as so necessary that they enumerated this right second in the Bill of Rights, immediately after defining the right to free speech.

Please elucidate on what "rights" you're talking about.

This has to do with IMHO, governmental ownership of large tracks of land, thus removing said land for public use...ie, property rights. In the Bundy case the BLM (bureau of land management) Regulated him off of public lands, then seized his private property. Now, I am not going to re argue the entire case, my views on it are contained in previous threads on the subject. But I will say that the removal of property rights are a pillar of the Communist manifesto...
