NBC: Barr approved expanded scope of Durham probe — to include Clapper and Brennan

Since I know you think the answer to that is “nothing,” thanks for admitting that absolutely none of these investigations you’ve ever hung your hat on ever amounted to anything.

Yet...

After the Reussian collusion flop, you can bet your ass they are. They've already been caught lying to Congress in the past. They think they're untouchable.
I seriously doubt that.

I eagerly await your outrage at Democrats breaking the law. Oh, wait...I better not hold my breath. Huh?

Show me the laws they are breaking.
You surely have the cites to said laws on your cut and paste board right?

You routinely ignore corruption by everyone and falsely accuse Trump of crimes that don't even exist.
Horse ****. Cite any occasion (w/link) that I have improperly made an allegation against your “Dear Leader”.

Thank you for confirming yours is a religious attack which betrays our Constitution.

Are you kidding me?

I fully support your rights to be religious - I will march with you in arms to defend it.

I do NOT defend using the AG office to give seditious speeches that paint secular americans as enemies that are destroying the country.

FFS you guys are IMPOSSIBLE.

Abuse of power, violating The Constitution.

Great, let's get them all out along with Trump for the same.
I am A-Okay with that. But not one or the other based on your preference for a specific party.

Remember the IG investigation that republicans were hungrily waiting on? Whatever happened to that?

Barr is an illegitimate AG and a seditious traitor that is stoking civil war flames with his unamerican Rhetoric. Of course, religious americans claim I am assaulting religion when I say Barr's beliefs make him unfit to serve.

They are a disgrace.

Congress has oversight since they enact the laws and not the president.

Again, that's true, but that doesn't give them the authority to interfere with an ongoing investigation. It violates seperation of powers.

How is that irrelevant? Without either it is a review.

Investigations occur prior to the grand jury hearing. The investigation is the stage where evidence is gathered and analyzed.

It is not a investigation, it is a review. Until you can show some type of real information it will remain a review.

The Constitution prohibits religious tests, so you're definitely assaulting The Constitution.

Who is doing the investigation? Durham is a PROSECUTOR

Has Durham convened a grand jury? Has the FBI or any other law enforcement open a criminal investigation?

I've been told FBI doesn't comment on investigations until they've concluded....unless you're talking Comey and Lynch....its referred to as "a matter"

Call it what you want, Congress doesn't have the authority to interfere.

it doesn't give Your guys authority to ignore a Congressional subpoena, regardless.

The Senate cannot deny or disparage such an egregious flouting of Congressional authority.

Congress doesn't have a legitimate legislative reason to subpoena Durham.

What are you referring to?

FBI would comment if they were involved.

It is not a investigation, it is a review. Until you can show some type of real information it will remain a review.

Review would not include taking in new evidence like cell phones....and DOJ does not comment on open investigations....unless you're Comey.

What are you referring to?

Where is it written that congress must have a legitimate legislative reason to issue subpoenas?
