That would be the House refusing to do it's job. It's over. All the Senate can do is clean up their mess as much as possible.

Maybe the embarrassment of being compared to Schiff, Nadler and Pelosi will prevent an impeachment without an actual crime. It's worth hoping for in any event.

Well low and behold, I go to a different computer and managed to get through.

Having done so, I would like to dispel Mark's thought process.

He seems hung up on treason and bribery, and seems to act like he doesn't understand what the word "other" means. He alleges that the intent was for any of the "other" crimes to be as severe as treason and bribery. That, however, simply isn't what the words written in the Constitution actually mean. Its a habit he seems to fall into regularly.

The word "other" leaves open the chance the name crimes that are not treason or bribery, but may not be forseen prior to thier commission....much like the "other" box on a survey or questionnaire. It give you the opportunity to fill the blank in with something not already directly named.

On a side note....how bad have things gotten for Mark that he has to pimp his swill from the Glenn Beck stable?

We never impeached Bill Clinton for his aid by the Chinese? Clinton accepted bribes inside the White house. We did not impeach the man for that.

Charlie Tree? John Wang? Or Wong? Anyway, Democrats defended Clinton when we mentioned his help from China to help him get elected.

Thanks, by the way, for inadvertently proving that the Republicans are now banking on the same thing they thought back then.....that they think the American populace isn't smart enough to figure out the truth. They didn't think they could make the case to the American people, so they did nothing.

Now, they are banking that those same people are still just as stupid.
 
In 2016, after I realized the complete sham the DNC and the Democratic Party was, I switched my XM radio from Thom Hartman and Stephanie Miller to channel 125. Levin was evening drive, I found some of the things he said fascinating. I can’t forget him ranting about “crony capitalism” and the disdain he had for the Obama administration.
I like him, he’s an exceptional voice in conservatism. And, he’s right about the impeachment scam.

We figured out the truth. Republican or not, many of us figured out from day one that the Times and the Post and the Democrats were hell bent for leather to remove Trump. They could not do it using the ballot, so they resorted to the Democrats only in the House.

Getting a conviction is a very tall order to fill. Schifty will fail.

He is wrong about this just like his rant against crony capitalism, since he was advocating for candidates who promoted that very thing.

The word for him is shill.
