Either the point of my post (#600) went over your head or your are merely trying to obfuscate. The chart shows historical interest rates. Current interest rates are near historic lows. Yet, your excuse for why Trump never made the 3% {or 5%} goal that he boasted he would achieve is that interest rates rose from zero. As I said, if Trump requires interest rates to be zero forever in order to meet his own GDP numbers, it's a laughable excuse.Nice chart, didn't know Trump was President when interest rates were zero, seems you are easily confused thus the laughter
It will always be the economy for the American people which is why you cannot give me the name of any President who lost his re-election bid with an approval rating on the economy over 50% especially with the bozos your party is offering as an alternative, class envy, Medicare of All, Green Energy policy none of which resonate with the American people nor will the American people fund such a boondoggle. Going to be a rough 6 more years for you.
Still waiting for the answer to the question above as well as any reason to vote FOR a Democrat for the WH?
To answer your question, namely, "any reason to vote FOR a Democrat for the WH?" Well, the answer is easy. When #45 was running for president and after he was elected, he promised to repeal Obamacare and replace it with something that was 'cheaper, better, covered more people, and every child would get a pony.' FDR warned America 83 years ago of the promises Republicans make to win votes. As then, as now, they were all lies. Every proposals Trump and the GOP proposed repealed the ACA but made healthcare worse, covered fewer and cost more money. His latest approach is far more brazen and disastrous. It is asking the courts to simply declare the ACA unconstitutional and replace it with nothing -- resulting in tens of millions losing coverage.
But that isn't the only reason to vote for Democrats, who would stop this regression. Trump has been doing what Republicans always do, they cater to their billionaire donors who demand tax-cuts for the rich and regulatory protection cuts that make the air, water and food more dangerous, which ends up costing some people their lives.
Apart from your assertion, [m]ore than 80 percent of registered voters support the Green New Deal proposal being pushed by Congressional Democratic lawmakers, a new poll found.
