Enjoying sex is normal and not being ashamed of it is well-adjusted. Having religious beliefs that say it is inherently immoral is not. In fact, nothing one does that does not harm another person is immoral.

And if you disagree with that, you disagree with your God for having given me a mind capable of logic and reason.

Sorry, friend. But regardless of what you believe, very bad consequences await those who have sex outside marriage. These people are almost always screwed up for other relationships, and invariably are incapable of lasting successful relationships. This is why morality is objective.

Strange. I had lots of sex with my then-girlfriend over nine years, then we married. That was 11 years ago.

Maybe it's not about sex outside of marriage, but whether a person tends to do bad things or tends not to do bad things, and religion has nothing to do with that.

Maybe some people do bad things but can improve. Maybe some people are irretrievably bad, broken, and always do bad things. Maybe people are people and they make mistakes, but may or may not learn from them. And again, maybe that all has jack **** to do with religion.

lol. There's no folding. I'm just not buying your tale. You aren't some exception to the rule. I've seen it too many times. If you break the rules, there is ALWAYS a price to be paid. Marriages that are preceded by a long period of shacking up have a lot of trouble.

Statistics for longevity of marriages which were preceded by sex are not good, the longer it went on, the worse for the marriage. But it's better to finally marry than to stay shacked up.
