Michael Flynn will invoke Fifth Amendment

Of course you don't. It is always different when it is your guys doing it...

We are not burning police cars in the streets or beating up professors for inviting the wrong speakers to a college campus

There is actual violence taking place on the left

Start by looking up the word hypocrisy. Learn what it means, then try and puzzle out if some one can be a hypocrite when they have not taken a position on some one's actions. If you are still confused(there are some big words that might be used in the definition, so it is possible), then maybe try following the conversation. If you still cannot figure it out...

Hypocrisy is saying one thing, and doing the opposite. Saying that everyone will have affordable health insurance, then supporting a law that does the opposite of that is an example.

Cheering for one team, then jeering for the other when it does the same thing isn't hypocrisy. When the "teams" are political parties, it's called "partisanship."

I see a lot of partisanship on this forum, don't you?

what was lois learner found to have done, which actions were found by a court to be unlawful

the last i heard, she retired from the federal service and is drawing her retirement check with regularity

The was not found to have done anything

She took the 5th and retired at full pension from the IRS without any further investigation

we already know that tRump has taken a position on one's use of the protections of the fifth amendment

which then tells us you had no point

Taking a position does not make one a hypocrite. Read the definition, it will lesson your confusion. I am sorry words are hard...

Neither am I or most liberals. Your attempt at evasion from your hypocrisy is noted. Do try and fail less.

then when you said her actions were unlawful, you were prevaricating

good on you for admitting it

I agree that the IRS was corrupted by obama and as dirty as can be

Most of your examples are old news by loners on the fringe of society

Leftwing hate and violence since trump was elected is mainstream

taking one position on the use of the fifth amendment today

and holding the opposite position on the use of the fifth amendment immediately thereafter

is little short of the definition of the word 'hypocrisy'

Hey, you are almost there. Now, go back to the question I asked: what position has Trump taken about Flynn taking the fifth? Come on, you can do it.

I see stories about what Trump said before about the fifth.

I found nothing about what he has said about Flynn taking the fifth.

What has Trump said about this?

Sorry, I didn't see you asked the very same question one post above.

Any answer yet?

that is your point. finally. why didn't you say so. you are without knowledge of tRump's stated position on one's use of the fifth amendment
here it is for your viewing pleasure

OK, you asked this:

seems tRump has previously commented about his perception of those who invoke the 5th amendment

were you just seeking confirmation of that or did you have an actual point to make?

In response to this post of mine:

Has Trump commented on Flynn taking the 5th?

So I did say so, and quite specifically.

i mistook that question mark as you asking a question instead of making a statement

So apparently you are still confused by the English language. I have tried to walk you through this, but you cannot move past what you want to see, and arive at what is actually there. Nothing I can do about that, and no point continuing to bash my head against the wall. I will give you this last attempt to explain things, and then move on:

If Trump has not commented on Flynn's taking the 5th, he cannot by a hypocrite for his previous comments on the 5th. Sometimes people use this really complex method of asking a question to highlight a problem with an argument.

So it's not ok to plead the fifth unless Trump specifically gives you permission? I'm pretty sure the Constitution doesn't work like that.

Show the giving permission part.

Show the giving permission part.

You asked what Trump has said about Flynn. I'm sure he favors it as you do. As with everything else, it's only bad if a Democrat does it.

When I say show I actually mean a link or some proof as to what he has said, not your assumption of what he would say.

You must be so embarrassed you don't know the difference.

what you want to ignore is tRump's already expressed opinion about those who invoke their fifth amendment rights
the only way he is not found to be a hypocrite is if he now insists mike flynn should be viewed as guilty for hiding behind his fifth amendment rights
Einstein said we should make things as simple as possible but not simpler
i have attempted to make this as simple as possible
now it is up to you to figure it out - or not
