Yes, it is. If it forces association and transfer of property it is an unreasonable burden. Also, my comment dealt with everyone, not just women.
Minority/disempowered population rights are integral to a liberal democracy. No reasonable person argues this. I point back to my previous comment about being unreasonable. Anti-discrimination laws increase freedom and opportunity for far more people than they constrain. This is the entire purpose of government. Effective regulation is necessary to having a free and equal society, which is what liberal democracies are about. Libertarians really believe governments are the only cause of impediments to freedom, but they ignore all the other power structures that the government can protect minorities and disempowered populations from.
