Men Are From Mars (Logic), Women From Venus (Empathy)...

Might the fact that not many women are in sufficient position of power have something to do with that?

Ever heard of Catherine the Great, Indira Ghandi & Sirimavo Bandaranaike (the pistol packin' mommas), heck, Thatcher?

Give over mate, if the world were run by women it would be exactly the same.

Only gripe I have being that where they should be allowed the same stupidities as men, they should also be paid the same.

I'm speaking in generalities. There are usually outliers in any data set. Catherine and her horse would definitely be outliers. And don't think too quickly that the world isn't ran by women. They get theirs in unconventional ways.

And, I'm not saying that women are without fault, aggression, or ambition. We're just different. They seek and wield their power furtively, where we are overt. They're sly and agile, like cats. We're powerful and clumsy, like dogs. Women are amoral and nurturing. Men are immoral and loving. Women are practical. Men try to be virtuous. All of these facets have their pros and cons. If you put them all together, you have strengths that can pick up when another becomes a weakness, or a hot mess if done incorrectly.

The research shows it. But if someone acknowledges it, you get your panties in a twist. Why is it I don't get upset when it says I lack empathy? Is it because I lack empathy? :lol:
 
Bit of a problem for me, then. I have the compassion and empathy of a rock! Always...always make sure the head rules the heart, not the other way around.

It's not your lack of empathy that is the problem here. It's your understanding of the research that is in question.

The research does not show that women are illogical. That is merely a sexist opinion on your part derived from not using any logic. Just because men are more prone to use logic does not mean then that women must be illogical.

Nor does the research say that men or you, lack empathy. Just that women have a greater use of it.

As tempting as that is, you have a better chance of getting a piece of that nice ass by not agreeing with them. Failing the test against being "beta male" hurts your chances.
