You realize that in the real world, women are often left with little or no evidence of rape unless they go directly to the police station after it happens, and even then often times they only have proof that sex occurred, not that it was rape?

If you were assaulted by one person, and that person's lifelong close friend was in the room, then your story, the truth, would be that you were assaulted by one person and the other person was in the room. If they were very drunk to the point they wouldn't remember it later, then that would be part of the story also.

You telling the truth, and then whether the witness lies for his lifelong close friend, or they don't remember because they were too drunk to remember, doesn't change the truth.
