McCabe Admits to DOJ Seditious Conspiracy

They talked about it. That was the only step taken because they lacked the balls to actually do anything else. Well, there were a few well-placed lies and leaks. Seems self-interest topped their self-characerized patriotism in the end. Fine group of people there. Truly fine.

Agree with your sarcasm that these are 'Truly fine' people. Clearly they are not, and need to be expelled from DOJ / FBI for exactly that reason.

Both of the agencies have far too much power, to be mis-used by the likes of these, politically biased, politically motivated people.

New Emails Confirm FBI Tried To Work Deal With State Dept To Minimize Hillary Email Scandal

Funny. I don't recall the FBI being in the business of, or responsible for, minimizing the scandals of subjects under FBI investigation. It is utter bull**** that the Hillary email investigation wasn't politically biased in her favor, the same way that it is utter bull**** that the Trump Collusion investigation, preceding and including Mueller's investigation, aren't politically biased against Trump.

So, if one plans with others to murder his wife, and then cannot pull it off, he is not guilty of conspiracy to commit murder?

Lots of people say lots of things that could possibly be illegal or suggest to take actions which are illegal. Are all these to be counted at the same level of severity as conspiracy to commit murder?

Clearly not. And this isn't what I was saying anyway, I was just noting that talking about something and actually doing something are 2 different things. Not sure I said anything about the severity of talking about something.

If nothing else, it is a clear indication that the people promoted to leadership positions in Obama's DOJ / FBI need to be swept out if there's even a inkling that they are politically biased. Politicization of the DOJ / FBI is not in the nations' best interests.

98% success rate huh ?

Trump's business is a "tremendous" success....

By whom? Irrelevant to the topic.

Start a thread about it...I'll gladly show up.

UNELECTED BUREAUCRAT LEFTOVERS of the Obama Swamp...were planning to remove the DULY-ELECTED POTUS for daring to EXERCISE HIS CONSTITUTIONAL AUTHORITY...

McCabe Admits to DOJ Sedition, Discussed Illegal Removing the POTUS

Andrew McCabe, the former deputy director of the FBI, has claimed that there were meetings in the Justice Department following James Comey’s firing in which officials discussed whether it was possible to remove Donald Trump from the presidency using the 25th Amendment.

Correspondent Scott Pelley told CBS This Morning that McCabe made the admission during an interview with 60 Minutes. McCabe, who was named acting director of the bureau after Trump fired James Comey in May 2017, is currently promoting his new book The Threat.

McCabe is the first person who was involved in the meeting to claim that it happened on record—Rod Rosenstein, the deputy attorney general, previously denied a report from The New York Times that he discussed recruiting Cabinet members to invoke the 25th Amendment.

McCabe: DoJ Held Meetings to Discuss Removing Trump Under the 25th Amendment After Comey'''s Firing

Given the erratic nature of the president and the consensus among many that he is neither stable nor a genius, quite the opposite, that he is a clear and present danger to the security of the US, his concern, and conversations over the 25th amendment, aren't that unreasonable.

That Rosenstein denied it by characterizing it as joking/sarcasm, etc., was a pragmatic "for the greater good" move to keep his job, which, at the time, he deemed it more important to do given that Trump was hell bent on stopping the investigation, a point that is lost on you.

Conspiracy to follow the law as laid down by the Constitution.

That would make every US Supreme Court ruling a criminal act.

Complete lie.

The 25th Amendment does not allow for UNELECTED BUREAUCRATS to UNSEAT a Democratically-elected President for POLTITICAL DIFFERENCES, or EVEN IMPEACHABLE OFFENSES.

It has VERY SPECIFIC GUIDELINES, and requires the VICE PRESIDENT's and the CABINET's AGREEMENT...McCabe is NEITHER of those...and his "reasons" are also ILLEGAL/SEDITIOUS.

There is NO AUTHORITY WHATSOEVVER for what McCabe and his CO-CONSITATORS were plotting.

So, if one plans with others to murder his wife, and then cannot pull it off, he is not guilty of conspiracy to commit murder?

If a husband and wife discuss cheating the government on their tax returns and then don't follow through. Should they be fined for conspiring to cheat the government.

If a group of guys are playing in a beer league softball game. Team Beer Mug vs. Team Bud.

A player from team Beer mug starts yelling violent obscenities and shoves one of Team Bud's player and a couple guys on Team Bud say "what an A-hole I'm going to kill him. Bud teammates say "Yah".

Should players from team Bud go to jail for conspiring to kill that player.

Erratic nature of the president?
What does that even mean???

As for rest of your analysis, it's clear that because of your own anti-Trump bias, you make it up as you go along.

Complete lie.

Discussing invoking the 25th is not sedition. That's why no ones been arrested dumbass. If it went passed the discussion phase the VP and cabinet would of been brought in. Trying to paint this as sedition would be like trying to paint running a primary challenge against the president as sedition. It's not illegal to discuss enacting a legal process you moron.

Alan Dersch literally just stated "Nothing the Obama DOJ did could ever be labeled as an attempted coup. Please quote me on this."

I cannot attempt to explain the apparent contradiction you do not prove.

Let's see the quote...the ENTIRE QUOTE.

Was McCabe's treachery known before then?

As the plot thickens with each new revelation, good people are further sickened by the unfolding growing evidence of the widespread despicable corruption infecting the entirety of the US government in high places by enemies of truth, righteous, and God bless America.

Wouldn't be either one.

English. Learn it, love it, live it.

government officials meeting to discuss deposing the president in an illegal manner is conspiring a coup. English, learn it, live it, love it.

To discuss ILLEGALLY deposing a duly-elected President...is SEDITION...TWENTY YEARS...

For little scrawny McCabe....don't drop that soap!!!!

soap on a rope in prison.webp

The whole corrupt Obamanite justice department scenario can be rightly labeled as an attempted coup, which is exactly how Alan Dershowitz described it.

Well sure, if you are ****ing stupid. Typed that out to not violate rule 6a...…….the word censor.

Proof that word censor doesn't work. I hope they buy an upgraded program/censor for this site.

It really can't get more legal that an amendment in the constitution. Anyway I am loving it. Currently the only people in jail are the President's former associates.

LOL! It's fun to watch you spaz out when you realize that no rational adult believes your claims about sedition.

Yay! Fun!
