Man claims to have seen the afterlife

Now this is going back to my teen years

Bend over at the waist for 2 minutes, then stand up quickly and have a friend put their hands on your carotid arteries until you pass out,

I guarantee you a few people will recall seeing bright lights as they pass out and or when they wake up

That was an interesting article. Scott is a good man. I don't think I could do what Scott has done working with people who are dying. Good on him.

Do I believe Scott Jenessen's story? Yeah, I do. I don't support a specific religion as having all the answers. What religion is God? I believe we transition when we die. Religion or the absence of religion are unimportant.

There is no afterlife just cowards running away from the reality of death.
There's no reason not to run away from it, if that's what makes you happy.

Conversely, it could be that some cowards are running away from the reality of life after death, and having to be held accountable for their behavior in the here and now.

If you experienced anything, it was just a dream/hallucination..
That doesn't define what makes a dream a dream, or a hallucination a hallucination. Or what the potential significance of a dream is.

It is apparent that you will make any excuse for my rejection of your subjective position. I simply do not believe you. And you have failed to offer anything rational.

There is nothing mature or rational in your stories.

Up is Up, down is down, alive is alive and dead is dead. It is ignorant to positively claim dead is alive. There is no life after death, only death.

You can make all the silly claims that you want. And people can reject those claims for being silly. Or you could test your claim and die and comeback and prove everyone wrong. I would suggest not trying it. But just claiming it happened is foolish. I have no faith for you to manipulate. Nor do I need my ego to continue after death.

My advice is to understand that no matter what you believe, the body that you live in dies. You only get one chance to do what you need to do in that body. Squandering it away in the hope that death is not death is a sad deathbed realization.
