Letter to Chuck Schumer from Lev Parnas Attorney

A letter from the attorney representing Lev Parnas was sent to Leader Chuck Schumer and it was released to the public minutes ago as the senate was on a 15 minute break. Parnas wants to be called as a witness and claims to have corroborating evidence, texts, emails, tapes, letters etc. that implicate many people in this scandal including Trump, Pence, Pompeo, Barr, Lindsey Graham and Devin Nunes.

It's obviously strategically timed for maximum effect. But it might indeed be legit.

Same stupid stunt like they tried with Kavanaugh. Trying to reopen what is already closed.

The letter is absolutely NOTHING. Lawyers can tell ANY lies when claiming they speak for their client. Parnas told Schumer nothing. Just a worthless letter from a lawyer.

It could be, but also we'll never see it in the trial because no matter what is out there, the GOP will play defense and won't allow it.

I think it was only logical for most of us to assume that this wasn't all Trump because he's stupid. No, it took a small army of men to pull this off, men with devious intent and wily cleverness. Mike Pompeo and Bill Barr would be the two men most capable of orchestrating this deal with the help of Congressmen willing to relinquish their love of country for love of greed and fame, Lindsey Graham and Devin Nunes.

I hope everything comes out eventually which I'm sure it will. When it does, want to see these men prosecuted and put behind bars for life.
 
I checked the wiki on this guy, it looks like that ship already tried to sail?

Why do they need Parnas again when they have photos, text messages and thousands of documents from Parnas already? Makes no sense.

schumer will get up and make a grand announcement about it, but they already have parnas stuff.
that witnesses have to be heard blah blah blah.

this is nothing but hand waving at this point.
 
Pelosi should fire Schiff and House Democrats should join Republicans in removing him for just how extremely incompetent he is. All that effort and he could not write articles of impeachment that meets the minimal standard of the US Constitution. Failing to seek subpoenas and even cancelling them. Forgetting to even call what are now claimed as THE critical witnesses.

I guess most Democrats love incompetency by their elected officials. The more rantingly incompetent, the more the Democratic Party loves them.

Adam Schiff was SO bad that probably Pelosi should have a committee investigation is Schiff was bribed or extorted to do all he could to protect Donald Trump, while outwardly seemingly furiously opposed to him.

Willard Romney is the strongest supporter in Congress the Democrats have. Adam Schiff just proved he is the strongest supporter in Congress that the Republicans and Trump has.

What is closed, I don't understand? Nothing is closed and nothing will ever be closed because every day, week, or month things are going to come to light and the evidence of Trump's criminalities over the years will be exposed. If you think this trial is the end of it, you're wrong. It's only beginning.

Except we must now entertain the possibility, however remote, that this same army of men will now have the power to put other people behind bars for life.

That's true, but a witness under oath with corroborating documents is something. It's that part the GOP is working furiously to avoid. The argument is very simple:

1) Maintain there is no direct evidence of wrongdoing.
2) Do anything at all to avoid calling anyone or allowing anyone to give their first hand accounts that would provide that evidence!

It's transparently corrupt or a dereliction of their duty, but that's the modern day GOP. It is where we are at this point in history.

I don't trust Parnas at all.

But here we are again with another one of Trump's circle making noise. When you live with the underbelly of society such as Parnas and pornstars you can expect this to happen.

Prosecutor: "STOP! I have another witness but didn't call I've known about for months that the jury needs to hear first!"

This same stunt over and over by Democrats in Congress is either just bad loser juvenile tantrums, pointless grandstanding or they are just THIS incompetent. Most likely all 3 reasons.

Why in your eyes is it worse to represent the porn star over actually ****ing her and paying her off using campaign funds? What has avenatti done that's any different than what Trump has done? It's not like he sleeps with his clients unlike Trump...

I can just as easily call Trump The Creepy Porn Star Loving President.

Prove what? No basis for impeachment is even alleged in the articles of impeachment.
 
I think they should just call for a guilty or not guilty vote, and after Trump is exonerated, the house democrats should get together and decide if they could put together a better case with all the witnesses they claim needed to testify. If they feel they actually have a case this time, then start another impeachment inquiry but this time when they send it to the senate, let it stand on it's merit.

The democrats screwed this up with their incomplete, rushed inquiry that didn't prove diddly squat, and they absolutely deserve to fail.

So, it will all come out. This, Boltons book, and all the so called evidence the democrat party has will be public, and in 9 months, if it's all that cut and dry, Trump will loose by a landslide, no?
