Jews here and in Israel are well aware of the whacky fundamentalist motivation for the "support" of Israel (i.e., so it can be destroyed in Armageddon) but they're more than willing to get the political and material support from them--for the time being anyway. There's a delicious irony about that support though. The extreme Jewish counterpart to these fundamentalists isn't exactly too keen on giving special consideration to Christians and their holy sites:

So, Cult, just know that every time you attack Soros, or any other Jew for that matter, for being part of some kind of world economic domination plot, you're reiterating a very well worn anti-semitic trope that produced the pogroms in Eastern Europe and Russia for centuries and the Nazis in the last one.

Soros is a communist piece of **** that collaborated with the Nazis during WW2. He deserves every attack he gets. **** him. Being a Jew doesn't give him a free pass.

Jews aren’t stupid. Republicans can pound their pro-Israel position all day long, but if they close their eyes to the anti-Semitic, White Supremacist threat in their own ranks then you can continue to see Jews overwhelmingly identify as Democrat.

As for excuses, Dirtbag Donnie insisted his vile rhetoric had nothing to do with encouraging someone like Sayoc and Republicans eagerly bent over for him to echo that lie. Same thing with every other atrocity committed by white nationalists hearing soothing words in Dirtbag's speeches from the New Zealand mass murder of Muslims to the Tree of Life mass murderer of Jews in Pittsburgh who was just a level up from Sayoc.
