I barely even remembered the thread you're talking about, so I had to Google the man, in order to know what you're talking about. Yep, he faked the crime against himself, just like Jussie Smollett did. Go point your finger at everyone who defended Jussie Smollett.

Just my impression - If this had happened to a Dem, CNN etc. would be making a bigger deal out of it. One man's opinion.

Let me get this straight. A man with a suspended license, which means he should not be in possession of a vehicle, gets behind the wheel and tries to kill some people. Was this a vehicle he owned? Shouldn't it have been surrendered to authorities when he lost his license? Shouldn't the tag have been confiscated? Could he even be insured?

If it wasn't his vehicle, was it reported stolen? Did someone loan a vehicle to a man with a suspended license? Isn't that illegal? Isn't it similar to a "straw purchase"?

If a person who cannot legally own a gun is found in possession of one, that can be at least five years. Don't ANY of these laws actually work?

Why's Media Silent Over Attack on Republican Volunteers?

In the hours and days after Gregory Timm reportedly plowed his vehicle into a tent of Republican Party volunteers registering voters in the Kernan Village Shopping Center parking lot in Jacksonville, Florida, national coverage of the event has been alarmingly lacking.


Local news channel WJXT reported days later on the arrest report, which showed Timm telling the sheriff's office his "disapproval of Trump" was the motivating factor for the attack. He showed the office a self-recorded video of him driving straight at the volunteers, expressing frustration that the video cut out before "the good part." Even then, as I write this, the best The New York Times could muster was wire coverage. . . .

Excellent point. I would also point out that in the link provided, the only ones calling this a terrorist attack are ... wait for it ... Republican party officials. Law enforcement has said nothing about it being linked to terrorism.
