He's going to be very disappointed. Cleveland got the last really good years. And, after what he did last year, they certainly got their money's worth.

I seriously doubt we see that from him again. Mostly. I suspect his heart will not be in it for LA like it was when he drove himself to win in Cleveland. I'm not sure we'll see Jordan with the Wizards just yet. But, we won't see "give me the ball, and I'll take us to the finals" either.

Leron is the best chef in the Nba. You give him m&ms, twinkies, and jerkey he will somehow make a 5 star meal.

With the Lakers the cupboards are filled with langoustine, prime rib, truffles, etc....

He will whip up something good. He won 1 ring in a Cleveland with a racist owner and mental patient teammates. Expect him to produce his greatest masterpiece in La.

Side note: a lot of people on the sports radio do not understand why Rosen is upset to be sent to San Antonio. I listen and think. Do you people really think that South Texas is a better place to live than Cosmopolitan Toronto? Really?

I'd be depressed as **** if someone sent me from a global city like T-town to cowpoke San Antonio. And, that's from someone who don't much like Winter. Toronto is awesome!

Anyway. I totally get why the Raptors traded Rosen for Leonard. Kawhi is a far better player. But, I'm not sure he's ever going to resign with the Raptors. He wants to be in LA.

Never been to Toronto but I've heard it's nice. He'll like San Antonio taxes much better than Toronto taxes.

Toronto is like NYC, but clean.

San Antonio has a river walk, with maybe 20 restaurants. After that, it has a lot of sprawl.

LeBron grew up rooting for the Yankees, Cowboys, and Lakers. He has good taste.

Playing for the Lakers was a dream come true for the king.

Remember, Michael Jordan NEVER played a team like the Warriors in the finals. LeBron has played them 4 times.

LB is a physical phenom, and is a great player, In today's game.. Here is why he will never be called GOAT..

First, he skipped college,, Sure he was head and shoulders above his high school opponents, But had he went to a elite basketball college, ( and he would have been very highly recruited ) he would have learned something he has yet to achieve, And that's perfect basketball fundamentals.

He is VERY smart, but not necessarily basketball smart,, He's getting there.. A big example: Game 1, 2018 final debacle, Hill misses free throw, JR Smith rebounds and has no idea what to do with the ball.. Where's LJ? Standing out near half court.. failure of the "leader" of the team..( and of coaching )

MJ was all showtime for a few years after he came into the NBA, Finally he settled down and became,,, well,, the greatest.. he had the true killer instinct, great fundamentals, ( after a couple years ) never had a game 7 ( in the finals ) and while true never played a team like the cavs, had to play Detroit ( the bad boys) and Utah Jazz.. these were not slouch teams.

If LJ had MJ's killer instinct and drive, And the man who had 99.9% perfect fundamentals and game awareness, Larry Bird.. ( You remember him,, the white guy they said couldn't jump, was too slow, who invented the 90/50/40 club ) he would have 7 of 8 championships and would indeed be GOAT.

The only championship he really earned was with the Cav's.. The other 2 he had to chase a team to win with.

Being a physical phenom will get you 3 of 8 championships.. And a lot of players would take that. But to be an elite of the elite you have to be a true leader & have really great fundamentals.

Good post.

Other MJ traits LBJ lacks

1. Defense: Michael was relentless on Defense. Lebron takes Defense off.

2. Always playing like it's 0-0 and his team is in last place. Michael was so driven it drove his teammates nuts. Michael had no low gear. LeBron is constantly taking plays and entire games off

3. Free Throws. When Michael was on the line, count it. When LBJ shoots free throws, it's an adventure.

4. Leadership. Michael was always in control of the game. Always. The JR brain fart thing would not have happened on a Jordan led team.
