LA biker does 140 mph but stopped at traffic lights.

CHP gave up pursuit & gave it helo. Guy stopped at light & CHP knocked him off the bike.

And the knucklehead did it wearing a T-shirt. If he had been forced to lay it down, he’d have been looking at skin graft operations for the next five years - after his bones mended.

When you buy one of these 200+mph bikes you have to surrender your common sense. These idiots are a threat to pedestrians, other motorists & the police.

I have no problem with the bikers speed. He looked like he was in total control the entire time, and the only traffic violation he committed was speeding. It is also probable that he was unaware of any pursuit. Had he seen flashing lights from the police or CHiPs he probably would have pulled over.

The COPs clearly over-reacted. There was no need to get physical with the driver. He was not resisting arrest and made no attempts to flee. Just another power-mad COP demonstrating what an asshole looks like.

But he made the cops mad. They can't help but take out their mad on him, isn't that part of qualified immunity?
