Key impeachment witness Gordon Sondland accused of sexual misconduct

1. I thought you didn't care about these stories.
2. You think it doesn't say something about Trump, since he, you know, HAND PICKED THIS GUY?

Given the past tactics by the Dems, I'm inclined to agree with this:

Mr. Sondland’s lawyer suggested that the accusations against his client surfaced because of the impeachment inquiry.

“Given the timing of your intended story, a reasonable conclusion to be drawn is that you are attempting to affect Ambassador Sondland’s credibility as a fact witness in the pending impeachment inquiry,” Mr. McDermott wrote. “Given the politically charged climate in which current events are unfolding, some might consider this to be veiled witness tampering.”

Sundland is probably wishing that he was the Democrat Lt. Governor of Virginia right about now.
 
I guess this means he can run for the republican nomination now.

What makes you think the quote is about Dems?

Witness tampering is Trump's thing. He probably just thinks of it as leverage.
 
It really is saying something that a Republican donor who was given a patronage job by Trump has been accused of sexual misconduct - and the usual suspects think this is going to hurt the Dems.
 
This doesn't sound made up and the timing isn't suspicious at all! I'm sure these 3 vague stories that he categorically denies aren't being either invented or at least used for political purposes

This isn't a Trump tactic. This is a Dem tactic. You've heard of Kavanaugh, right?
 
Sounds like Gordo knows a quid pro quo when he attempts it. That he may have been guilty of sexual or inappropriate conduct doesn't mean that his amended testimony, corroborating 12+ witnesses and their testimonies, exonerates 45.

Sondland was a Trump appointee, so it is expected that he has the sexual morals of a cockroach. However, that doesn't in any way prove that he doesn't know what he heard and was told about Trump's diplomatic interference in Ukraine as a way to get dirt on Joe Biden.

Sondland, a Republican mega-donor who gave $1 million to Trump’s inauguration, was interviewed by lawmakers behind closed doors on Oct. 17 but revised his testimony on Monday, after a string of subsequent witnesses appeared before the three committees leading the impeachment investigation.

trump supporter, gave $1 million to trump, was corruptly appointed as a reward to be the unqualified Ambassador to the EU, took part in impeachable crimes to generate lies to help trump from Ukraine, might have committed sexual wrongs, and you you say that's bad for Dems. Ya, you're a trump nut.

You can't discount it for this, you can only discount it for your being a less than honest trump cultist who would discount it because you don't like that it hurts trump regardless of this.

Same way as the people who invested in trump university or pretty much any other trump 'business'. The only ones who got their money's worth are the dictators - of Russia, Turkey, Saudi, etc.

His testimony didnt hurt Trump at all. You must have turned the sound down when the republicans were questioning him.
 
It's hilarious that trump panty-sniffers interpret Sondland being a pig as somehow reflecting on Democrats. trump appointed Sondland. He ordered Sondland to do his dirty work and when caught, Sondland sang like a canary.

This OP is a stark example of how twisted and misinformed trump supporters truly are.
