I haven't read up and so haven't formed an opinion yet. But I want to give people the benefit of the doubt because I myself have carried around "facts" for decades that turned out not to be. For example, I was 100% certain that the Steelers spandex pants in the '70's were black. I "knew" this, But 4 years ago I made reference to those black pants, and a friend corrected me, looked it up, and proved me wrong.

What I mean is that I was carrying a false memory in my head. I wasn't lying; I was mistaken.

Nope. If she misspoke then she would have said ' a massacre happened at Bowling Green' and left it at that. Maybe she used the wrong name.

But she did NOT leave it at that: She continued on saying it happened BUT was covered up by ALL of the media. She said no one in the media covered it. So even if she got the name wrong, she's still lying about a massacre that happened but was a 'cover up'. A conspiracy. Which is a blatant lie. Can you imagine her boss President Bannon at Breitbart covering this up to make Obama look better? LOL

I've done a bit of reading now, and Conway seems to have gotten the Bowling Green incident wrong. Rand Paul too.

But I don't know whether Conway was lying and knows she's lying or whether she believed something that wasn't true.
