Just thinking what I would do if I was a young black.

I wouldn't I would see no need in it , but a black person would and could by what he has seen during his lifetime. Which has little to do with my experience.Point of fact though, my experience has shown that cops can be dangerous ,some are bad and some will kill you in a heart beat and some will kill a black man faster then that. A lot of them are right wingers and that hate of blacks is spread to them automatically, since it plays such a major part of who the right has become.

Why is that a hoot? You get a free trade school education. I got a free electronics education, and that led to a 47 year fantastic job with IBM. I am now retired with good retirement pay, and good medical benefits. Im sure it worked the same for many of the black guys I was in the Navy with.

Lets see if I was black. I'd do what my parents tell me and stay away from bad influences. I'd go to school apply myself and get a good education and a scholarship to college. I'd get a college degree that would help ensure a well paying career. I'd make I stayed out of trouble with the legal system and I'd not have children out of wedlock.
If I got stopped by police I'd do what my white freiends say they do. Say yessir, nosir and try to stay respecful. I wouldn't be disrespectful and I would fight the police or run from them.

The vast majority of these police killings I see are in cases where the person ran or resisted arrest. Lets say some cops are terrible people. How do you know that they are more than a tiny minority? Also, if a cop might shoot if you don't resist arrest, then you are at even higher risk if you do. Again it is illegal to resist arrest or run from law enforcement. Advising black people to run from police will only result in more deaths and jail time which will ruin lives. This is horrendous advise.

Never advised anyone to run, but people will run because of perception it doesn't even have to be true . The Police created that perception. let me see , they kill black people who have done nothing , they hurt black people disproportionately and the courts treat them less fairly then Whitey. So unless you can argue these three points , there are lots of reasons to run if they see a clear shot.
