JUST IN: Man arrested in connection with suspicious packages

Whoever it is, should be dealt with VERY HARSHLY and I hope put away forever. That kind of crap just doesn't work (we have enough problems in our nation already without adding mail bombers to it).

They're hauling off a white van from an AutoZone parking lot as we speak. Seems the suspect had an affinity for auto parts and, based on the appearance of the van, also had an affinity for bumper stickers.

What can those things tell us about the suspect? I have no idea but we should probably speculate a whole lot about it!
 
Why do people do such stupid acts? We all knew they would be caught quickly. Job well done to all law enforcement for a super job!




A suspect was arrested in Florida on Friday morning in connection with the rash of suspicious packages sent to prominent Democrats nationwide, law enforcement sources confirmed to Fox News.

A news conference was set for 2:30 p.m. ET.

Federal authorities had been focusing on Florida as the location where the majority of packages originated.

Agreed.

I notice the FBI are covering his van with a tarp to hide all the signs on it. I wonder why? Obviously he's a nutcase and I don't care which political party he follows (right, left or whatever) they should bury this guy under the jail.

That I agree with...the only thing I can think of is perhaps there may be a preservation of evidence going on...that may be why the tarp while it is being transported.

That many bumper stickers does increase the possibility of lunacy.

If this is the guy, he's going away for life. Real bombs, fake bombs, whatever. It doesn't matter. This terrorist is going away.

Every now and then, I see a vehicle with lots of political stickers (right or left) and think you guys are crazy! (on all of them). I never understand why people do that crap.

No matter what else we find out about the responsible person(s,) I highly doubt it will impact the rhetoric game being played.
