I don’t personally think for one second it is sexual. Some people just grew up with a different sense of personal space. The problem is Biden should know better by now because he has been chastised for it multiple times over the years. At best he comes across willfully tone deaf.

It only Matters what you think if you were one of the receipients of his weird fetish moments. And it appears that many who were receipients think he violated their personal space at the very least, and some think it was sexual in nature. It is without doubt, creepy.

Looks like Joe's primary opponents sense a weakness, and the MSM while Democratic, is not beholden to every faction. Suddenly new stories are being recirculated, which is holding one of their own to their supposed standards. Among the stories being noticed:

One theory: the guy is really needy...inexplicably so. Recall the transparent plagiarism of Neil Kinnock biographical sketch as his own, 30 years ago?
