Jill Stein: 'I am not a Russian spy'

Jill Stein: 'I am not a Russian spy' | TheHill

Former 2016 Green Party presidential Jill Stein pushed back forcefully against former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton

Stein responded to Clinton's suggestion that Stein and Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (D-Hawaii) are Russian assets Saturday on CNN.

"I am not a Russian spy," Stein said on CNN's "Smerconish."

I wouldn't put it past the Russians to run their agents as 3rd-party presidential candidates. Good idea if you have a destructive, non-constructive approach to U.S. presidential politics.

Are you guys ok? :lamo

Giving a speech.

Philanthropy

Don't you know philanthropy is dirty word for the right. They hate charity because the Clinton's had such a successful one.

What was Bill Clinton doing taking $500K of Russian oligarch money when Hillary was SoS? Why did the Clinton Foundation take in all those millions from Russia?

Why do you ask completely stupid questions???

I'm just here to note that "asset" and "spy" are not necessarily the same thing.

Only a moron wouldn't know why.

But here is a clue.............

she keeps running her mouth and the liberal media keeps mentioning her?

You run your mouth/keyboard and you aren’t relevant....

Morons retire as junior NCOs and have to find another job....

The Trump Moscow Project was a lucrative business opportunity that sought, and likely required, the assistance of the Russian government. If the project was completed, the Company (the Trump Organization) could have received hundreds of millions of dollars from Russian sources in licensing fees and other revenues.

The project is significant because it shows Trump was chasing a lucrative business deal in Russia at the same time that President Vladimir Putin’s government, according to U.S. intelligence agencies, was conducting a hacking and propaganda campaign to boost his candidacy.

But she can swing enough votes to influence the election.

That's not really Jill Stein's fault, for better or worse. Anyone who'd vote for Jill Stein would definitely not vote for Hillary Clinton.

I wish Hillary would STFU.

She was such a horrible candidate that she lost to Donald Trump. In my opinion, she is very selfish to keep inserting herself into the discussion. She sucks the media attention away from people who haven't irreparably screwed the pooch, and the main political things she accomplishes are to remind people why Trump won and give slightly demoralized Trump voters encouragement to get back out to vote for him again in 2020.

FORMER??? Give it six more months.
Three and a half years hibernation, US Green Party = 800 number and PO Box
Six months before primaries, Jill Stein awakens from hibernation, enlists troll farms
Three and a half years hibernation, US Green Party = 800 number and PO Box again

That's the cycle.

Jill Stein: "People really wanted change and unfortunately believed Donald Trump's lies that he was going to bring change," Stein added.

Right on that.

He did bring change. I got more change in my pocket.

This is where lefties are so wrong about Stein not being a serious candidate, as well as Johnson and McMullin in 2016. Stein’s vote totals alone were greater than the difference between trump and clinton in Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania. What candidate sits with Putin and Flynn before our election?

Stein plus Johnson were greater than the difference in Arizona, Florida, North Carolina and Nebraska-02 for trump, and New Hampshire for clinton. Johnson and none of the above in Nevada for clinton.

Johnson, McMullin and Stein in Utah for trump; but for clinton in Colorado, Minnesota, New Mexico, Virginia and Maine. Now you see a huge reason why Brad Parscale is after these seven clinton states.

Surprising to me is Ohio and Iowa being well outside the margin of third parties, both for trump. Also, Oregon and Washington were both close to the margin, for clinton. These are your states to watch, and third parties are a critical reason for this.

On another note, I’d suggest the name Donald Segretti to you. He went to jail for rat****ing Muskie, Jackson, and Humphrey in favor for whom they wanted to run against, McGovern, in 1972. I was a sophomore in college then.

I see the same thing happening now, with trump now successful in rat****ing Biden with Ukraine, and Democrats rat****ing each other, except for Sanders. I’m not surprised that lefties don’t see that trumpco wants to run against Socialism.

And yes, Clinton has really ****ed up here with Gabbard, and to a lesser extent with Stein. Better to be thought a fool than open your mouth and remove all doubt.

How could anyone vote for Gary (what is Aleppo) Johnson? Surely there are better Libertarian choices. Heck, I'd like Kennedy or John Stossel to give it a go.

Stein needs to sit this one out. i hate the two party system, but every anti-Chancellor Squirrelhead voter needs to vote for whichever of the Democratic field gets puked up into the general election. that candidate will be the only one with a chance, and we absolutely have to vote out this idiot and Pence. the Green party needs to bow out for this election.

100% agree, we don't need another Nader or Pero to to screw things up and give the Russians a chance to fix things again...

Its been a long long time since Hillary has made this dumb and ridiculous a leap as to reach from Putin might work for a third party candidacy to divide the electorate ( a definite even logical possibility)to starting to hint at some names of moles he wants to plant .

We have a long history of third party candidates that neither Putin or any other Russian or Soviet despot picked for us - unless she knows more about John Breckinridge, Theodore Roosevelt, James Weaver, Eugene Debs ( hmmmmmm) George Wallace, John Anderson, Ralph Nader and Ross Perot than the rest of us.

Because, right?

The greater good outweighs the need for democracy.

Right?

There are pictures of her sitting at a table in Russia with Putin prior to the 2016 election. She is at the same table with Flynn, the presdient's righ hand man during the election. The Russians have looked at our past elections and they know that Nadar suctioned off enough votes from Gore to have Gore lose. So why not set up Stein to do the same in 2016 and it probably did just that. Stein did not need to get many votes, just enough in certain states to turn the election to trump. We of course have no absolute proof, but it sure seems to be a very strange coincidence that we see her in that picture and then she runs and takes votes from Clinton. A circumstantial case, but a seemingly strong one. I have posted links in another one of my messages to this op.

Kill all 3rd party candidates!!!

They're Russian moles!!!

i voted for Perot, but that one wasn't a lost vote for Bush. there was no chance that i was voting for Bush in that election. as for other voters, i can't speak for them.

Right?

voting Tweety and Pence out is top priority. if he's allowed to pack the courts with far right wingers for another four years, more than half a century of progress could easily be undone. those of us who didn't fall under that idiot's spell need to unite behind the only viable opposing candidate in crushing numbers. unfortunately, that's going to be the Democrat.

i hate our party system. i support fundamental changes to it even going as far as a constitutional amendment. however, that isn't going to happen before that asshole is up for election again.

Being a Russian asset and a spy are not necessarily the same thing. Stein the Vlad/Flynn dinner guest is denying a charge that wasn't made.

And the means justifies the ends?

Sorry, but if we have to inhibit our free expression in any way for this country to "survive", then its dead already anyway.

Helix - "I hate the two party system."

Also Helix - "Do the thing that most perpetuates the two party system!"

Epic.
