Jill Stein: 'I am not a Russian spy' | TheHill

Former 2016 Green Party presidential Jill Stein pushed back forcefully against former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton

Stein responded to Clinton's suggestion that Stein and Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (D-Hawaii) are Russian assets Saturday on CNN.

"I am not a Russian spy," Stein said on CNN's "Smerconish."

I wouldn't put it past the Russians to run their agents as 3rd-party presidential candidates. Good idea if you have a destructive, non-constructive approach to U.S. presidential politics.

Sorry Jill, if Hillary says you are a Russian spy...then all of the useful idiots will believe you are a Russian spy.

That's just the way it is.

Picture of Jill stein sitting at a table with Putin and Flynn - Google Search

Then what was she doing sitting with Putin and Flynn at a table in Moscow.

This thread being proof thereof.

I was a Russian spy once but I got over it. You don't want waste your life like that trust me.

Jill Stein: "People really wanted change and unfortunately believed Donald Trump's lies that he was going to bring change," Stein added.

Right on that.

Regardless of her origins or affiliations, Jill Stein is not a serious candidate, much less a viable candidate.

Why is Hillary still relevant?

You have to watch out for those Russian spies, just ask Warren Zevon.

Funny you would use that term in connection with Jill Stein.

I dont really care what Hillary says, didnt vote for that soggy maroon. She is irrelevant but i dont see the connection between Stein and Russia.

Stein needs to sit this one out. i hate the two party system, but every anti-Chancellor Squirrelhead voter needs to vote for whichever of the Democratic field gets puked up into the general election. that candidate will be the only one with a chance, and we absolutely have to vote out this idiot and Pence. the Green party needs to bow out for this election.

This is where lefties are so wrong about Stein not being a serious candidate, as well as Johnson and McMullin in 2016. Stein’s vote totals alone were greater than the difference between trump and clinton in Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania. What candidate sits with Putin and Flynn before our election?

Stein plus Johnson were greater than the difference in Arizona, Florida, North Carolina and Nebraska-02 for trump, and New Hampshire for clinton. Johnson and none of the above in Nevada for clinton.

Johnson, McMullin and Stein in Utah for trump; but for clinton in Colorado, Minnesota, New Mexico, Virginia and Maine. Now you see a huge reason why Brad Parscale is after these seven clinton states.

Surprising to me is Ohio and Iowa being well outside the margin of third parties, both for trump. Also, Oregon and Washington were both close to the margin, for clinton. These are your states to watch, and third parties are a critical reason for this.

On another note, I’d suggest the name Donald Segretti to you. He went to jail for rat****ing Muskie, Jackson, and Humphrey in favor for whom they wanted to run against, McGovern, in 1972. I was a sophomore in college then.

I see the same thing happening now, with trump now successful in rat****ing Biden with Ukraine, and Democrats rat****ing each other, except for Sanders. I’m not surprised that lefties don’t see that trumpco wants to run against Socialism.

And yes, Clinton has really ****ed up here with Gabbard, and to a lesser extent with Stein. Better to be thought a fool than open your mouth and remove all doubt.

There are pictures of her sitting at a table in Russia with Putin prior to the 2016 election. She is at the same table with Flynn, the presdient's righ hand man during the election. The Russians have looked at our past elections and they know that Nadar suctioned off enough votes from Gore to have Gore lose. So why not set up Stein to do the same in 2016 and it probably did just that. Stein did not need to get many votes, just enough in certain states to turn the election to trump. We of course have no absolute proof, but it sure seems to be a very strange coincidence that we see her in that picture and then she runs and takes votes from Clinton. A circumstantial case, but a seemingly strong one. I have posted links in another one of my messages to this op.

What was Bill Clinton doing taking $500K of Russian oligarch money when Hillary was SoS? Why did the Clinton Foundation take in all those millions from Russia?
Giving a speech.

What is exactly a destructive, non-constructive approach? Is that choosing the lesser of two evils, the least worst candidate, the candidate who would do this nation less harm although both would be very harmful? We just had an election in 2016 where 60% of all Americans disliked and didn't want one candidate to become president vs. the other candidate in which 56% of all Americans disliked and didn't want that candidate to become president. Those percentages include 25% of all Americans who disliked both major party candidates wanting neither one to become the next president.

Personally, I think the one's who came up with these candidates were the destructive and non-constructive ones. You had 54% of all Americans vote against one candidate, 52% against the other and yet one of those candidates had to win. 9 Million Americans voted third party, against both major party candidates rather than choose between two evils or the candidate one least wanted to lose. Fact is a majority of Americans wanted both to lose. But our two party systems doesn't allow that. Perhaps it is high past time we come up with a better way of choosing candidates who run for the presidency. If Trump and Clinton are the best the two major parties have to offer, this nation is in sorry shape, politically.

But she can swing enough votes to influence the election.

Only a moron wouldn't know why.

But here is a clue.............

she keeps running her mouth and the liberal media keeps mentioning her?

The ‘liberal’ media does NOT support clinton with this trump-level idiotic blunder on Gabbard and Stein. clinton simply can’t get over how she feels she was ****ed out of the presidency, though her campaigning in southern states should have been done in Midwestern states, with Sanders at her side.

This will get far worse for Democrats when they have a brokered convention next July. All political hell will break loose when superdelegates vote on the Second ballot. Meanwhile, the RNC has its coronation over five full weeks later, having easily defined, tarred and feathered the Dem nominee in the meantime.

At the next Dem debate, you’ll see every Dem candidate asked about clinton’s grossly stupid attacks on a fellow Democrat, Gabbard. We ‘real’ Democrats, me being a Mod/Con one, have our opinions on our favorite ticket, and of course on the tickets that will remind us of the McGovern, Mondale, and Dukakis tickets.

---I wish to God she hadn't been woken up from hibernation. She still had six months to go.

We need a special council to investigate this. Should take more than 2 years and $35 million to get to the bottom of this.
