The presser in October that Trump Tweeted frantically to his fan base about 2 months ago, and lied.

President Obama was not talking about Russian interference in that presser in October of 2016.

Pointing again that Trump was crying about rigged elections. BUT they HAD to know about Russian's BUT denying ANY type of rigging occurred period. Is Russian interference not rigging? By that same sort of conspiracy logic we can assume the Obama administration influenced both the Clinton investigation and cut some corners to get the Trump investigation started.

Its circular logic, its not a grounded argument, just to be clear.

No, because first you would need to demonstrate that Obama involved himself in the Clinton investigation in the way that Trump involved himself in the McCabe investigations. And since Obama didn't do that your false equivalency fails.
