Jill McCabe, wife of fired FBI official, breaks silence: Trump attacks on family were 'nightm[W:180]

Re: Jill McCabe, wife of fired FBI official, breaks silence: Trump attacks on family were 'nightmare

HAHAHAHA!! No, that is false. It is the job of the FBI investigator to keep apprised of any donations and other benefits they receive in the dispensing of their duties that may be tied back to subjects of their investigation. In this case, a Clinton confidante dumping money in your wife's campaign is a clear conflict of interest in an investigation into Clinton.

In fact, even Slate agrees that McCabe should have recused himself, especially after it was shown that Hillary Clinton headlined a July 2015 McCauliffe fundraiser that benefited Jill McCabe's campaign.

The fundraiser was for the PAC. There is nothing in the link about the fundraiser benefitting the McCabe campaign.

Andrew McCabe was not in charge of the Clinton email investigation in 2015.

You mean except the fact that Jill wound up with and obscene amount of PAC money?

Re: Jill McCabe, wife of fired FBI official, breaks silence: Trump attacks on family were 'nightmare

That implies it, but whatever.

No, it doesn't imply it, because I never said he was losing everything. You do know he didn't get what he would have been entitled to had he not been fired that particular day - about 48 hours shy of where he needed to be employed with him? I know it. Perhaps you didn't, which is why you were confused by my post.

He lost the top out tier of his pension. Maybe he shouldn't have done anything for an IG to recommend his firing.

Re: Jill McCabe, wife of fired FBI official, breaks silence: Trump attacks on family were 'nightmare

Since you responded with a question I'm guessing you don't know. So why do you keep claiming to?

No, the subject is clear given the nature of the IG questioning and the subject at hand. I'm still waiting for you to provide a shred of evidence to back up your claims. Why do you refuse?

Okay, so you're claiming that there wasn't a quid pro quo, but rather simple bias? Can you please explain how McCabe might've been biased in favor of Clinton due to the PAC donation given that his wife's campaign concluded months before he was promoted to Deputy Director and given a supervisory role on the Clinton investigation?

Again, no. I am stating that there was clear bias that should have warranted McCabe's recusal, and instead he was promoted from director of the field office out of which the investigation was being run in to direct control of the investigation, and that from the point that McCabe took over there is clear evidence of the FBI investigation running off the rails and bending over backwards to clear Clinton in the lead up to the 2016 election.

The funny thing was that for all of their contortions of the law, and running interference for the DOJ and AG who CLEARLY remained in contact with the Clintons, they ended up getting tripped up at the last minute by Anthony "Carlos Danger" Weiner's pedophilia case that turned up more Clinton emails on private computers, forcing Comey to reopen the case, if temporarily, and notify Congress as he had promised.

Re: Jill McCabe, wife of fired FBI official, breaks silence: Trump attacks on family were 'nightmare

Not only that, but the obscene amount of money! I mean, why not put it up in neon lights on a billboard?

Some people are so far gone at this point they just can't accept the truth. They get so caught up in a politically driven, illogical conclusion that they donate money to corrupt political figures in an attempt to fight political corruption....

Okay, so again, you're inferring. You don't know. It's a claim you're stating, not a fact provided by the IG.

What claims have I made that you would like evidence for? As far as I was aware I've been discussing your claims of a quid pro quo (or bias? I'm not really sure anymore at this point).

Again, no. Okay, but how is any of this related to the donation you've been bloviating about? Are you claiming that because McAuliffe's PAC gave money to Jill McCabe's campaign, that Andrew McCabe is all of a sudden buddy buddy with Clinton? How is there bias when the McCabe campaign was already concluded? Why would Andrew McCabe be biased in favor of Hillary Clinton after the McCabe campaign is over if you're arguing that the donation was the source of the conflict/bias?

Jill McCabe, the wife of former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, who, along with her husband, was repeatedly attacked by President Donald Trump, broke her silence in a passionate editorial, calling the ordeal that the president put her a family through a "nightmare."

Jill McCabe, an emergency room pediatrician who ran unsuccessfully for the state Senate in Virginia in 2015, faced criticism from Trump about donations made to her campaign, while her husband was also the target of broadsides from the president and was ultimately fired just days shy of his planned retirement.

Trump treated McCabe like s***. Very unprofessional, very unpresidential. Who knows what we can expect from this Bully-In-Chief?

Screw her. She is trying to drown out the inevitable. Her hubby is probably going to do some time.

I know what he lost. I never posted anything to the contrary.

Not sure what confused you about my post about his retirement benefits.

She put herself and her own family through it along with her husband.
They got caught with their hand in the cookie jar then want to complain when they get caught.

sorry it doesn't work that way.

Re: Jill McCabe, wife of fired FBI official, breaks silence: Trump attacks on family were 'nightmare

I said that the money came from McAuliffe who is a very close friend of Hillary Clinton and heavily tied to her political career. So did you misrepresent what I said on purpose, or was it accidental?

it was on purpose.
there was no accident about it.

Re: Jill McCabe, wife of fired FBI official, breaks silence: Trump attacks on family were 'nightmare

Um, and...? What does that have to do with my post. The fundraiser was for the PAC, not Jill McCabe, and Andrew McCabe wasn't in charge of the email investigation in 2015.

He did not need to be in order to influence the investigation or to hide material facts from Congress, which he did do.

I'm sorry, but I have no information that he influenced an investigation, and it still doesn't have anything to do with my post.

Re: Jill McCabe, wife of fired FBI official, breaks silence: Trump attacks on family were 'nightmare

Okay, so again, you're inferring. You don't know. It's a claim you're stating, not a fact provided by the IG.

Insofar as the reports that McCabe lied to the IG during an investigation into the Hillary Clinton investigation that lead to the FBI's OPR recommending the firing of Andrew McCabe constitutes inferring that McCabe was fired for lying to the IG about his actions connected to the Hillary Clinton investigation...

What claims have I made that you would like evidence for? As far as I was aware I've been discussing your claims of a quid pro quo (or bias? I'm not really sure anymore at this point).

Every time you counter an argument I have made that contains links to my evidence you will need to provide evidence to support your counter claim. That's how it works.

Okay, but how is any of this related to the donation you've been bloviating about? Are you claiming that because McAuliffe's PAC gave money to Jill McCabe's campaign, that Andrew McCabe is all of a sudden buddy buddy with Clinton? McCabe was the director of the FBI district office in which the Hillary investigation originated, he was then promoted twice, up to deputy direct in direct control of the that investigation. In that same time his wife was approached by Terry McAuliffe to recruit her to run in Virginia Senate election representing Ashburn VA (why her?), after she accepted, McAuliffe held a fundraiser that headlined Hillary Clinton (in that same time Andrew McCabe was promoted to the #3 spot in the FBI), and the results of that directly benefited Jill McCabe's senate campaign, and McAuliffe ended up directly funding 25% of Jill McCabe's campaign.

He should have recused himself and yet, instead, he ended up presiding of one of the most bizarre whitewashes in history, both admitting that she was guilty but that she wouldn't be prosecuted... ta da! And that bizarre overstep of authority was made possible by the DOJ abdicating its authority to the FBI in the weeks prior to the announcement, after a secret meeting between the AG and Bill Clinton.

It stinks of corruption at every stage.

Re: Jill McCabe, wife of fired FBI official, breaks silence: Trump attacks on family were 'nightmare

The common denominator in all of your "deep state" examples is they represent the rule of law. It's not difficult to see through.

Finally, you admit that there is a deep state.

My point is that it's your inference. It isn't a fact. Other claims have been made regarding the reason for his dismissal - for example, the claims that he released information to the media without prior authorization.

Let's go back to the central question here which distinguishes the various theories you've posited in this thread and which you've yet to answer: why would McCabe have sabotaged the Clinton investigation months after his wife's campaign concluded? Was it because he liked McAuliffe? Was it because they had an arrangement? Or are you claiming something else here?

Re: Jill McCabe, wife of fired FBI official, breaks silence: Trump attacks on family were 'nightmare

Mrs. McCabe is part of the deep state? Its spread to emergency rooms now?

Her husband is obviously part of the deep state.

Re: Jill McCabe, wife of fired FBI official, breaks silence: Trump attacks on family were 'nightmare

Finally, you admit that there is a deep state.

Finally, you admit that Trump is specifically attacking the rule of law.

I dunno. Maybe because his ilk can smell Trump supporters in Walmart?

Re: Jill McCabe, wife of fired FBI official, breaks silence: Trump attacks on family were 'nightmare

Finally, you admit that Trump is specifically attacking the rule of law.

And how is that different than anyone? There are about one billion attacks by the left on the rule of law since Trump won the election. An attack is just an attack.

Presidential behavior from a president with syphilitic brain rot.

Re: Jill McCabe, wife of fired FBI official, breaks silence: Trump attacks on family were 'nightmare

The fact that our senior FBI leaders are more politically corrupt than the Teamsters is the real nightmare.
