Even if he did behave within the law (which I'm not knowledgeable enough about Florida state law to say), his handling of emails isn't terribly different from Clinton's.
Maybe it isn't different...maybe it is.
Like I said, I can't read the article so I really don't know what it says he did or didn't do, whether what he did or didn't do is legal or illegal under applicable laws and regulations or whether there is any issue of sensitive or classified information involved.
Look, I don't have any problem with Hillary running all her email correspondence through her own private server. It was certainly allowed under federal law and State Department regulations. I AM concerned that she may have violated State Dept. regulations by not archiving all SD-related emails and that she may have violated other regulations that are punishable as felonies.
I would be equally concerned if Jeb Bush did the same thing. Did he?
In any case, I'm already on record saying that anyone who mixes personal with employer-related emails is being pretty damned stupid.
