What kinds of Games did DP do?

Someone would host a game and assign each player a role. Some roles were good guys and some were bad guys and your goal was to eliminate everyone on the opposing side.
Why did the game stop?

Lol, probably a good bet.
I think that I was scum only once. Pasch sent two different specific wordings of role definitions to town and scum, and that made it damned near impossible. Almost pulled it off. You won as scum at least once, and that was my fault for getting pulled in by eco.

I totally remember that one. After that the hosts knew to word them all the same. It really was wild how successful those games were especially since none of us had anything to go on when the game first started.

I was thinking today if I can't discipline myself enough to stay away from this place, then maybe I should try running another game...

I wonder if we would have enough folks interested in it. I may look up some short (handed and time) game setups for a mafia game with less players that could move fast and be a little bite-sized trial for a few if they were willing.

Ok!!! so I have ONE player! So far only one.

Yes, I recall that, a "social deduction game" where everyone is secretly assigned roles, and then you just talk and try to figure out who is who.

Each night (end of round) typically the bad guy gets to kill someone, and the good guys sometimes have night powers as well. There are a variety of setups.

I played once and my team won out, though I personally died in the last round or so.

Fun, but quite time consuming, couldn't do it these days.
