Well, he stuttered a bit, but was at least able to answer the question. Caught off guard perhaps? It's certainly not as 'ready' as an Obama answer, but then such questions were never asked of him. That's a lot different to talking about something else entirely, or nothing at all in response to a question.

So Biden's old I get it, but the alternative is a madman who shows much clearer and more frequent signs of mental decline. Sorry, it's obvious. Joe's old; Trump is f***ed up. And since Trump's mental fitness the topic of the thread I choose to add a response to another poster while i'm at it:

The question then is how bad his deterioration is likely to get, and how quickly.

Considering how much decline we've seen in just four years, and how personal and political crises seem to exacerbate it, we can expect full blown Idi Amin by the time the election rolls around. Hell in a handcart - and fast.

That's it, in a nutshell. When we do get a handle on this crisis, he wants to be able to pull out footage and declare "I called it! I said use this! I said try this! I told them to do this, it was my idea!" He's just doing it with lots of stupid stuff because he doesnt want to miss an opportunity. He's afraid 'the big one' will be mentioned and he wont get credit for it.

It's all about declaring himself the savior of the cv crisis and we'll hear all about it, esp in his campaign. (Which is basically each of his press briefings these days) --- Lursa

The internet's been abuzz with as-yet-unsubstantiated rumors of another unscheduled run to the hospital for Trump yesterday. Regardless of whether that turns out to be true, it does call to mind nagging questions that have been lurking at least since Trump was rushed to Walter Reed in November for an unscheduled visit that the White House later implausibly claimed was part of a multi-visit routine physical.

Putting aside his strange behavior and increasingly obvious mood swings ("nobody likes me!"), the oddities are starting to add up. An apparent inability to walk normally unassisted at times, occasional difficulty holding objects, frequent issues with slurring his speech or other difficulties with language (e.g., "oranges" of the Mueller investigation), frequent bouts of confusion, and recently an open admission to having struggled with the "very hard" questions on the Montreal Cognitive Assessment.

Is there something going on here?

I chose, "I don't know" because it's an honest answer, I don't. I'm certain that if trump was suffering from a medical issue, he and his administration would fight tooth and nail to keep it a secret. Just like they have his taxes, his grades, his general health, etc.

Typo. I meant to say we never had a president in as good a shape as Bruce Lee. He died in his prime. Probably one of the most athletic person to ever live. He didn't even live has as long as Trump.

Many claim it's very likely he is and those that arent sure say so because they have not had the opportunity to examine him. So...psychiatric experts must base their medical opinions on his words and behavior..

Reminds me of all the medical experts that said cigarette smoking is not dangerous. We can probably still find doctors who will state that cigarettes are OK. I find it interesting that the doctors treating Trump can't see all the deadly signs these people are pointing out. I remember how he would start a nuclear war as soon as he got in office. I am still waiting. I am still more concerned Hillary would have got us into a nuclear war. She was the one with delusions of snipers shooting at her. Every leader we have had has had their quarks just like everyone on the planet. We all can be diagnosed with some type of disorder. No perfect leaders are needed in a perfect world of armchair quarterbacks.
