I'm sure you think Skynet is just around the corner. But back on topic, There isn't a US military or enough soldiers willing who could defeat an uprising of Americans insistent of getting rid of a tyrannical government.

The government is very good at propaganda. An uprising would be put down with brutal fashion. Also not enough people would ever be brave/desperate enough for that. As long as people can get fat, drink beer and watch football on Sunday they're not going to try to fight the government.

Really, You mean like when Pearl Harbor was attacked. Or you probably think Midway. Not even close. Had we not taken out the carriers, Midway would have been lost. Defending a position that can be attacked on all sides is stupidity.

Thats why there are no Army bases in Florida.

So you can't even learn from history huh. You can't defend an island. Its a lost cause. Having people on an island and taking the fight elsewhere is not defending an island.

Islands have problems with supply chains, populations, supporting ground forces with heavy equipment, and trying to defend a battle on all sides.

Again, thats why we never put an Army base in Florida. All you have to do is cut off any naval and air supply runs and the battle is won.

Had you actually been in the military, you would have learned that no matter what branch you severed.
