I’m glad Schiff pointed that out.

Gordon Sondland did not resign. He is still the sitting US Ambassador to the European Union

How is it possible that he does not have access to his own professional records or his e-mail?

How can he do his job?

Unless, the Trump people are hiding it.

A good many on the Majority side of the Panel having their best day of Open Hearings. Took them awhile to find their legs. But, they found them. The repugs are still trying to find a cogent sentence.

Boy. Little Shifty Schiff is angry today at the end of the circus. Could that be because he knows he didn't get what he needs or what he wanted to get from witnesses. Schiff is a slimeball piece of crap.
I'm still waiting on his "evidence stronger than circumstantial" that proves collusion that he promised a couple of years ago. Liar!
I wonder about his legal issue with his rental car as well. Anyone hear anything on that being settled.

Lots of cheer moments, all in favor of Democrats. I have no non-disparaging comment to make about that regarding what it would take to get Republican cheers.
 
Circumstantial does not mean 'unreliable', it just means that circumstances show a strong tendency of reflecting the facts.

It snowed last night...how do you know?

Did you stand on your porch all night waiting to snap a picture of it snowing with today's newspaper in camera frame?

NO! You opened the door and the ground has snow on it, ergo "it snowed last night!"

That is "circumstantial evidence that it snowed last night".
