No, there was no Benghazi scandal except the one that republicans invented.
In the end, the closest thing you have to a scandal, as I already said, is the tarmac meeting because an appearance of impropriety existed for a figure that Obama directly appointed. And even then there's zero reason to assume that Obama had anything to do directly with the meeting at all.
In the end that's the most legitimate scandal there was that touched Obama's entire eight year term.

Obama broke the law when he traded to a terrorist group, the Taliban, 5 terrorists for an American Traitor in Bowe Bergdahl.
Obama violated the 30-day congressional notification period.
Obama also broke the law when he gave Iran 1.7 billion in cash.
It makes you wonder: Was Obama just a lousy dealmaker or was he even on our team?
