Interesting...I did not know there is a criminal contempt and a civil contempt. Do you use an actual term or is this more like an analogy you try to make?
Your favorite network, Fox, calls it 'criminal contempt'. Eric Holder's refusal was called 'civil contempt'. Yes they are different. I have an idea that this is criminal contempt because both of them lied in their testimony to Congress.
