Heterosexual Men Are Getting Gender Affirming Care

He thinks anything dealing with sexual function is gender related and he's probably one of these people that says gender and sex aren't the same thing but he's using them interchangeably.

This is why anybody that says gender and sex isn't the same thing and they're arguing from this side they're lying to you. That stuff happened what they really want is sex to not be a thing anymore and gender to replace it.
The whole professional medical institution is lying to you! 🤣🤣🤣 Or..... you just want to conflate internal identity with sex organs for some reason....

The whole professional medical institution is lying to you!
No just the ones trying to remove sex and replace it with gender. It's a minority
🤣🤣🤣 Or..... you just want to conflate internal identity with sex organs for some reason....
Nobody anywhere should ever care about anyone's internal identity I don't need to know that keep it to yourself it's internal for a reason.

Evidence? How about we go one for one we list the medical institutions that agree with us with links and we see who runs out of links first. I'll start off with the people who write the DSM.

DSM

  • Gender identity: A person’s inner sense of being a girl/woman, boy/man, some combination of both, or something else, including having no gender at all. This may or may not correspond to one's sex assigned at birth.
  • Sex/gender assigned at birth: Traditional designation of a person as “female,” “male,” or “intersex” based on anatomy (e.g., external genitalia and/ or internal reproductive organs) and/or other biological factors (e.g., sex chromosomes). “Sex” and “gender” are often used interchangeably, but they are distinct entities. It is best to distinguish between sex, gender identity, and gender expression and to avoid making assumptions about a person regarding one of these characteristics based on knowledge of the others. This is sometimes abbreviated as AFAB (assigned female at birth) or AMAB (assigned male at birth).

You care, that's what all the pretending is for.

Yes, same with testosterone replacement. Has nothing to do with gender.
Sure it does. As do things like hair plugs or reconstructive surgery for women who lose their breasts to cancer. I have a friend with a fake testicle because lost one of his shimmying across a soccer goal post like he was trying out for the marines and got one nut caught on the hooks they use to secure the net. There's no need for that fake nut except to help him feel better by giving his genitals the appearance that there's nothing different about them.
That would be you?
Then why do I find myself having to explain it to you?

CALLIN’ 911, I WANT TO REPORT A MUR-

Who said they can't? I don't understand your question. They want to retain their strength, activity level, and sex life for a few more years by working to restore their body chemistry to what it once was (or close to it). They're not pretending to be something they're not and amputating healthy body parts to do it. Do you not understand the huge difference between the two?
A penis is not in fact amputated during sec change operations nor is a vagina. How about you educate yourself just once and look up the procedures.

You're not sure how I can't empathize with amputating a healthy organ?
You make a lot of comments that show you think you are in the position to make statements to all as to what is normal. The problem with that is it assumes you are normal.

So in your view, there is often no need for gender affirming care, it's not medically necessary. Good to know.

Evidence?
I'm not going to try and explain Rembrandt to the blind.

Go with whatever you want.
DSM

  • Gender identity: A person’s inner sense of being a girl/woman, boy/man, some combination of both, or something else, including having no gender at all. This may or may not correspond to one's sex assigned at birth.
Any expert that believes this hogwash should be left at but again believe whatever or whoever tells you what you want to hear.

Sex is not assigned at birth it's assigned conception. Any medical organization that doesn't understand this basic fact is discredited but really whatever religion you want.
You care, that's what all the pretending is for.
I care about reality. When you're trying to convince people that sex is a time that person not a conception or trying to convince people of something that is false like flat Earth and you're doing that to take advantage of them.

I respond and I care to challenge your propaganda so that other people know that they can and nothing will happen to them. They might be canceled Dan forbidden to be part of the absolute worst people you could ever be around but then that's a gift.

So in your view, there is often no need for gender affirming care, it's not medically necessary. Good to know.
Reality is good to know. Nothing is medically necessary. My grandmother has cancer and has decided that she's lived a full life and is declining further medical treatments. As the patient you should always have the choice. Why some people want to take away choices from others is beyond me.

I'm not going to try and explain Rembrandt to the blind.
You won't explain anything because you can't. You're incapable. No one is surprised by this.
Go with whatever you want.
You're the one who wanted to argue this view is in the minority, I'm challenging you to support that claim. Can you?
Any expert that believes this hogwash should be left at but again believe whatever or whoever tells you what you want to hear.
Anyone who doesn't agree with you is lying.... what a convenient argument.
Sex is not assigned at birth it's assigned conception. Any medical organization that doesn't understand this basic fact is discredited but really whatever religion you want.
Tell that to the medical professionals.... 😂
I care about reality. When you're trying to convince people that sex is a time that person not a conception or trying to convince people of something that is false like flat Earth and you're doing that to take advantage of them.
The realty is the despite you claiming my view is the minority view of the medical community you can't even produce one link from a medical institution that agrees with you. Not even one. 😂 So much for me being in the minority.
I respond and I care to challenge your propaganda so that other people know that they can and nothing will happen to them. They might be canceled Dan forbidden to be part of the absolute worst people you could ever be around but then that's a gift.
Its your claims that are being challenged here and you're wilting.

Reality is good to know. Nothing is medically necessary. My grandmother has cancer and has decided that she's lived a full life and is declining further medical treatments. As the patient you should always have the choice. Why some people want to take away choices from others is beyond me.
Saying something is "medically necessary" does not mean they want to take away choices.

Saying something is "medically necessary" does not mean they want to take away choices.
What does it mean then and how does it make gender affirming Healthcare different from any other type of Healthcare?

You won't explain anything because you can't. You're incapable. No one is surprised by this.
I'm okay with you believing this.
You're the one who wanted to argue this view is in the minority, I'm challenging you to support that claim. Can you?
No. You may dismiss it. I don't post here to dunk on people. I'm not leftist.
Anyone who doesn't agree with you is lying.... what a convenient argument.
Anyone who doesn't agree with reality is lying. It's only by happenstance people who agree with reality agree with me.
Tell that to the medical professionals.... 😂
Present them and I will tell them that they're idiots I'm not afraid. I think some of the ones pushing this to the point where they trick minors into thinking they need us exchange should be incarcerated.

Go out you showed me, I guess I must just be wrong then.

😆

Challenge to your heart's delight. what I've said cannot be argued against. That's why you appeal to Cherry picked authority.

What does it mean then and how does it make gender affirming Healthcare different from any other type of Healthcare?
It means that your grandmother's treatment - if she chose to have it - would likely be covered under Medicare, whereas something that is largely cosmetic or vanity-related, like what you're calling "gender affirming healthcare," would not.

I'm okay with you believing this.
You'll have to be because you're incapable of supporting your claim.
No. You may dismiss it. I don't post here to dunk on people. I'm not leftist.
You can't dunk on anyone being an abject failure of a debator who can't support their claims. 😂
Anyone who doesn't agree with reality is lying. It's only by happenstance people who agree with reality agree with me.
We've heard the claim, now where's the supporting evidence?
Present them and I will tell them that they're idiots I'm not afraid. I think some of the ones pushing this to the point where they trick minors into thinking they need us exchange should be incarcerated.
You calling the people who publish the DSM idiots is not an intellectual argument, its just you shouting your feelings at people.
I'm okay with that.

Go out you showed me, I guess I must just be wrong then.

😆

Everything you claim can be argued against. Pretending you're arguments are above questioning is just frail. 😂

So medically necessary is based on the opinion of insurance companies?

That's called collateral damage. The intent is to remove the cancerous cells, the target. Trans surgery would be like doing chemo when you don't have cancer in hopes that some of the cell damage to healthy cells leads to cancer.

I believe most medical professionals would call it "side effects", not collateral damage. If you don't know the basics of the medical profession, maybe you should consult your opinions with one.

So medically necessary is based on the opinion of insurance companies?
Only insofar as if they're going to pay for it, but even then really up to (sometimes differing) opinions of physicians. What they aren't going to do is force your grandmother to seek treatment. So, you should put that fear out of your mind.

That's not a fear of mine. My question is what's your point about medical necessity? Especially seeing as you seem to understand that the opinions of physicians and insurance companies may differ on the matter.

Why does it matter to you? You believe nothing is medically necessary.

I'm wondering why you care so much?
