Hamas being Hamas - Sending School children into harms way

This was not a violent attacker. He was walking alone, unarmed and posing no threat to anyone, so don't give me any crap. Israel has no morals whatsoever, and the idiot being interviewed even had the gall to suggest the killing was a set-up by Hamas! By the way an 'investigation' by the IDF usually has one outcome; 'don't do it again or we'll slap your wrist'.

The moral high ground is obvious and you're making it obvious every time you post one of those incidents. I don't remember the other side ever investigating their militants for cheering after a shooting. Might be because they're Islamic terrorists. The attackers don't have to be armed (throwing firebombs would leave them unarmed, tearing down the fence does not require them to carry equipment around since they're connecting the equipment to the fence and pulling) and it takes a while for the order to come from the commander to shoot at someone to ensure its necessity, legality, etc. and they may be shot afterwards.

I don't believe in this case it was found there was anything unique or unjustified aside of the soldiers' reaction so you'll have to try again.
Regardless the orders are clear; not shooting at innocent people, shooting at the legs of attackers, etc.

Can you prove intent?

We do know the intent of the people who fired rockets into Israel. They intended Israeli citizens to be killed or wounded.

Seriously? A guy aims at another guy through a sniper scope and shoots him. The guy who was shot was minding his own business, doing nothing, on the other side of a tall fence. The shooting was intentional, joyously celebrated and clearly murder. There is no arguing this.

Yes, Arab citizens of Israel have the same rights as Jews and other citizens of Israel. Israel is a democracy and that's an essential part of being a democracy.

That's what the Nazis said about Polish resistance fighters who were also defending their homes against foreign invaders. Under international law a people under belligerent occupation (legal term), are entitled to resist. What would you do if you were thrown out of your home only to watch a bunch of foreigners move in and steal your stuff? Israelis do this all the time; stealing land, building illegal 'settlements', attacking Palestinians, committing war crimes. You haven't got a clue about what goes on mate.
