that's being charitable
Extremely charitable.

I think what he's telling you is that calling 911 and then throwing your phone at him/they sure as hell won't stop them. Unless of course they gotta catch their breath from laughing. In other words they can stop or pay the penalty.
They can't stay afloat because, in our capitalistic society, they cannot create a profit despite being popped up by the NRA and second amendment loons residing in Congress, the Senate, and courts.
I am an investor but certainly would never support the killing of innocent civilians and children. When companies like Remington do good, that means gun violence increases. Those guns circulate in the hands of criminals.
Then start a new thread.
Please don't drive any vehicle. They have and do kill innocent people. At times vehicles are the choice weapon of terrorists and other criminals. Even electric vehicles can be used to kill.
Good grief. Your OP and some of your responses are just not well founded in logic or reality. Sorry.
It is called negligent entrustment. Remington was marketing the AR-15 as a cool weapon used by soldiers in combat.
It is illegal for food companies to sell certain foods or market certain foods as healthy, etc...The same with financing, loans, etc..
Unfortunately, war is the way of mankind.
Sorry, I must have quoted the wrong part of that. The status I was referring to was 'stopped.' And that that status could change to 'dead.'
The fundamental question we need to ask ourselves is simple yet paramount: are guns safe?
The answer is no. Not only are guns inherently dangerous, I have seen lawsuits of guns shooting themselves, malfunctioning, firing without pulling a trigger, etc..
This is an industry in clear need of regulation.
Depends what hands they're in.The fundamental question we need to ask ourselves is simple yet paramount: are guns safe?
That has been an issue with some of the more modern Remingtons and that's why I don't buy their products anymore. I do believe Remington is being negligent with their product production. The answer is no. Not only are guns inherently dangerous, I have seen lawsuits of guns shooting themselves, malfunctioning, firing without pulling a trigger, etc..
I 100% agree with you there. Without government intervention, those companies would be dead. You can't fight the inevitability of solar/electric vehicles.
Companies like Ford and GM are killing America with there gas guzzling vehicles.
In the next 20 years, they will lose at least 50% of market share of automobile sales.
Next, Ford and Chevy!
You do understand that filing for bankruptcy enables them to stay in business, right?
