GOP Sen. Mike Lee furious after an 'insulting' Senate briefing on Trump's Iran strike:

No you have not. You have not proven the Saudi government was complicit in the 9/11 attacks in any way

The DoJ proved it when they released the name of the Saudi official involved in 9/11 attacks to the lawyers of 9/11 victims families. The 9/11 Commission Report was pretty damning, too.

So any action by any member of Congress or anyone in high ranking federal administrative, law enforcement or the justice system equated to an action by the United States and entire American government? So Democratic Congresswoman Omar and Republican Congressman King were words of the United States? What each member of Congress does is an action by the United States?

The silver platter was at Tora Bora...but US troops were told to stand down by Bush administration officials.

The 9/11 hijackers trained under Osama Bin Laden in Afghanistan with the blessing of the Taliban. The Taliban were largely created and funded under Reagan.

How many Americans did you want killed in Tora Bora?

The 9/11 hijackers entered the US and trained to fly under the Clinton administration.

The Clinton administration did not kill OBL in the years BEFORE 9/11.

The Taliban were NOT created nor funded by Reagan. They came into being after the Mujahideen had succeeded in their battle against the USSR.

My God your knowledge of history is inaccurate as it is incomplete.

At least 15 of the 9/11 attackers were Saudi nationals...and some of them were funded by a Saudi official. The name of that Saudi official was recently released to the families of the 9/11 victims as the result of a decades long lawsuit filed by them. However, even though the name was only released to the 9/11 families lawyers and not the public...it seemed to satisfy the 9/11 families suspicions that the Saudi government was involved in 9/11.

What We Know About Saudi Arabia’s Role in 9/11 – Foreign Policy

Lawsuit by Relatives of 9/11 Victims Shakes Loose Name of Saudi ‘Mystery Man’ | Voice of America - English

Was or was not Osama Bin Laden wanted in Saudi Arabia?

Is or is not Al Qaeda an enemy of Saudi Arabia?

Not sure what you're talking about...but it looks like a non sequitur and/or a slippery slope fallacy.

Doesn't matter. The Commander in Chief has to power to order military action to terminate any enemy combatant and terrorist. Obama didn't go to Congress every-time his drones wasted key figure in terrorism.

Democrats expect to get House approval before he goes to relieve himself.

Fifteen of the nineteen 9/11 terrorists were from Saudi Arabia. Because Mohammad bin Salmon is Jared Kushner's 'bestie' and because Saudi Arabia paid the US $20 billion dollars for military hardware that they will possibly sell to our enemies, they get away with anything. Saudi money talks and it talks loudly. The blood of Khashoggi's murder is on the hands of the Saudis but they got away with that with a slap on the wrist. YES, Saudi Arabia in my opinion IS a terrorist country. Mohammad's father King Abdullah asked President Obama to blow up Iran once and for all. But republicans overlook all that stuff, just turn a blind eye to it all. Is that your definition of being a real 'American' ?

15 out of 19 were from Saudi Arabia.....

And?

You are calling me a liar?

Point out the lie please.
Your pants were on fire.

You didn't rebut or prove my post was "incorrect" so your post was a lie....just as your personal incredulity that you didn't lie is a logical fallacy.

Mohammed bin Salman knows exactly where he stands with the US and the US is pandering to his every whim. The Saudis have been a close ally of USA since the 50's. Many reasons for that, oil and money. Because of money, the US doesn't care about fighting terrorism. If we were, we would have invaded the Saudis and not Iraq since Iraq is absolutely nothing in comparison to Saudi Arabia who controls such massive quantities of money that it's terrifying. Saudi Arabia is a very important country in the Muslim world because Mecca, the most sacred place in Islam, is in Saudi Arabia.

Saudi Arabia has shown itself to be the most reliable and stable ally in Middle East, because of their money. The Saudis are paying the US big bucks to have our US military there. This helps in containing Iran and keeping Israel safe to a certain extent. The US depends on good relations with the Saudis because if the US keeps good relations with Saudi Arabia, the US will have enormous resources of cheap oil if the US ever goes to war against Russia for example in the future.

So the US allows these rich murderers to keep doing their horrible things and allow them to keep up with their horrible enterprises. One of the hacked Hillary Clinton emails to John Podesta was this:

“We need to use our diplomatic and more traditional intelligence assets to bring pressure on the governments of Qatar and Saudi Arabia, which are providing clandestine financial and logistic support to ISIL and other radical Sunni groups in the region.”

Providing financing to terrorist groups like ISIL and the Sunnis is something that has been suspected. It's really difficult to imagine that ISIL just happened to find $4 billion dollars laying on the dirt and they picked it up. In 2009, Wikileaks published diplomatic cables from the US State Department which spelt out the same concerns.

“Donors in Saudi Arabia constitute the most significant source of funding to Sunni terrorist groups worldwide,” the documents said. “While the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) takes seriously the threat of terrorism within Saudi Arabia, it has been an ongoing challenge to persuade Saudi officials to treat terrorist financing emanating from Saudi Arabia as a strategic priority."

Hey great you can copy and paste.

1. The 2001 authorization for force is for Iraq and afghanistan.

2. The congress has every authority to declare war.

Anyone who favors small government and the least intrusive state would agree that this strike on Suleimani was unconstitutional, and the administration's excuses aren't good. This is a constitutional problem.

We need a senate investigation.

Senator Mike Lee and the other Senators just got a taste of how Trump deals with every situation. Here is the company line and don’t ask us any questions.

This meeting appears as the same with the Ukraine. president Trump has a bad idea, no one say a word to him and try not to break the law in the process.

Too bad Trump University had to close it’s portals.

Everything. If Obama wasn’t a Muslim sympathizer we wouldn’t be here now

If you didn't lie so much, you may have a chance of getting to Heaven. But you will be joining the others who lie in the other place, like Donald Trump and Sarah Sanders.

They are militarily assisting the legitimate and internationally recognized government of Yemen against illegitimate terrorists.

Congress disagrees.

Incorrect.

And, I did rebut a number of your posts that I notice you did not respond to.

Here. Try this on for size.

If 19 American KKK members decide to ram trucks full of RPG warheads into the Dome of the Rock is the an attack by the US Government?

It only follows logic that those men that were trained in Saudi Arabia to be terrorists were from a terrorist-supporting country.

Ummmmm

No.

Mohammed Atta was radicalized by the Hamburg cell of Al Qaeda.

As were others.

Is Germany a terrorist nation?

And he was trained outside Saudi Arabia. Because Al Qaeda was already an enemy of Saudi Arabia.

You really haven't looked in to this. Have you?

Well you know full well the leftists here on DP and in the media would say that these KKK members were radicalized by Donald Trump and they’ll replay their “fine people” lie and so on and so forth. Don’t put it past them

Clinton's administration failed to kill Bin Laden when he was offered up on a Silver platter.

And if the warnings were actionable why did not the Clinton administration act?

The hijackers entered and trained under Clinton.

The majority of the 9/11 hijackers, fifteen of them, were trained in terrorist training camps in Saudi Arabia and they were Saudi nationals. How can anyone claim that Saudi Arabia isn't a terrorist country? We should define what “terrorist state” means.

If “terrorist state” defined as “state that, directly or indirectly-openly or covertly-via official state apparatus or private institution, support and funded armed groups that use terrorism as a tactic; or its apparatus using terrorism as a military tactic”, then Saudi Arabia can be considered a “terrorist state”. Just so you know, the US conducts flight training schools from other countries all the time.

Just last month, in Pensacola, Florida, a member of the Saudi Air Force killed three people at Naval Air Station Pensacola before he was shot dead. He was here in the US from Saudi Arabia undergoing flight training provided by the US. This is something the US offers to any country that buys our jets.

Here are 5 ways Saudi Arabia allegedly helped terrorists carry out the 9/11 attacks - New York Daily News

Fifteen of the 19 hijackers held Saudi passports — and some had connections with those in the Saudi Arabian government at home and abroad. Saudi officials even stamped passports in a certain way as to denote whether the person was an al Qaeda member.

Officials in the Saudi embassy in Germany, for example, supported Mohamed Atta, the lead hijacker, saying that a Saudi national was staying in the same Virginia hotel with several other terrorists the night before the attacks.

Officials from Saudi embassies allegedly helped two hijackers in particular — Salem al-Hazmi and Khalid Al-Mihdhar — for a period of 18 months before 9/11, providing them with money, advice, contacts, transportation, assistance with learning English, and obtaining IDs. They also helped them attain access to pilot training and other material support and resources ultimately used on 9/11.

The Saudi royal family, who for years feared al Qaeda and tried to appease them in a bid to avoid losing power, were aware that funds from several charities had been funneled to Osama bin Laden's terror network.

Saudi Arabia - throughout the late 1980s - "adopted an extremist version of Islam - Wahhabism - as the state religion; declared that its propagation was a core function of the state; and sought to advance it around the world through Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Embassies, Saudi Arabia's charity organizations and other government agents."

Mohammed Atta. Lead man in the attacked was radicalized OUTSIDE of Saudi Arabia. He was trained OUTSIDE of Saudi Arabia.

Ziad Jarrah, the same.

Marwan al-Shehhi, ditto.

They trained in AFGHANISTAN.

Not Saudi Arabia.
