Good feminism and bad feminism

Hey, most of us can agree that a certain amount of feminism was a good thing. Like giving the right to vote to women.

The problem is, feminism was kidnapped by one side of the political spectrum and it became a way to gain political power. Then, instead of looking out for women, it was used as a weapon against political opponents. This is what bend the feminist movement into the lopsided/crooked thing it is today. I can't honestly say that the modern feminist movement today gives a rat's tail about real women.

the giving women to vote was a shift in society, women didnt vote because it didnt concern them, at the end of the day, they werent going to to be voting for the leader who would put them to war, men did, since the roaring 20's and post WW1 hit, it was required by the new society

Looks like feminism really strikes a cord among those who think women should just shut up and bake cookies. Or is it like racism in that a certain portion of America thinks it all ended so long ago and they just want to move on? I have no problem with feminists. They just want equal treatment. Oh, they also don't like men preying upon women and treating them like a secretary on Mad Men. If these goals upset you, you are likely the reason feminism exists as a movement.

I disagree. At one point women were not equal in the eyes of the law. I don't think it's unreasonable for them to seek equality.

Justify it however you wish, the point is still it isn't unreasonable for women to want equality.

Trans exclusionary radical feminists. Ever heard of the concept of pulling up the ladder behind you? Ive seen even some lesbians side with far right wingers to erase trans people.

I don't know that they want to erase trans people or that anybody does. Just that trans women aren't female and that's true.

Yeah they don't want to get with a trans woman because they are actually men.
