No...90 % of blacks that were stopped did not have a gun. Many of them were arrested for having a joint. It is also known that just as many white kids smoke pot as black kids, but they are not stopped and frisked so therefore not arrested. There is one case of a boy that was stopped and accused of stealing a backpack. He was never convicted but was incarcerated for two years. He ended up committing suicide. These things don’t happen to white kids.

Black people are two times likely to be shot by police than white people. It has nothing to do with crime. It is the presumption by the police that they are more dangerous than white people.

There are just as many undereducated and poor white people as black people. But they don’t go to jail for the same offense as a black person. Like non violent crimes.

How many black people you know that rushed a store clerk and bashed them in the head because they were being followed. Do you think that is a common thing that black people do? Not many 17 year olds assault someone for asking them questions, then jump on top to keep going.

17 year olds are grown men. More than capable of reasoning, and more than capable of killing someone.
