Although I really think that Kellyanne Conway has lost her soul to Trump, I still think it's wrong of her husband to put her through this kind of humiliation publicly. Don't these people have any consideration for their 4 children? These kids are probably ****ed up enough by now and this is only making things worse.
Kellyanne Conway is in a tough position because she absolutely cannot defend her husband for the things he's saying. If she wants to keep her high paying, high profile position, she has to pander to Trump and defend him against her own husband. This is just a horrible thing that's happening in real time and it should have never happened. If any of these parties had a shred of respect or dignity, it wouldn't have.
This situation is right in the Trump sweetspot. He's a master at finding needy people, then using that need to test their "loyalty" through public humiliation, I suppose to show the world how he is the master of these people, and then discarding them.
Kellyanne better have some really good dirt on Trump, with supporting evidence, or she'll soon be gone with the rest of them. After she grovels and humiliates herself a little more, of course.
I'm curious, can any history buffs tell me what other leaders have used the public humiliation of their top staff as a form of amusement? I can't imagine that Trump is unique in this, and it might be interesting to see how others who think like Trump have led.
