Or they can't convince millions of Americans why the Democrats can't include them in their party's diversity...

Look-- the claim was that the bible thumper types are being hypocritical in their support of Trump. The counter-point is there is no other option.
That is not their fault. But calling the millions of such people hypocrites, morons, idiots ect doesn't seem to be a particularly prudent way of going about business.

Idk, when I was a kid, i was told liberals don't judge people on their personal kinks. I would THINK, that for someone whos entire life has been in the media, this would have been long reported, not hastily written down in a democrat-paid dossier. And even if it were true.....so what? Guy gets horny and wants to get pissed on, okay. Apparently he doesn't smell like piss, so no skin off my back.

For 30+ years we heard about Clinton's BJ, family values and the moral majority. Now they fully support 1 of the biggest immoral, non-Christian people ever? Sorry I can most certainly call them hypocrites..

Plenty of Christians are Democrats. Just not the ones who are ready to compromise their principles.

Unless it's reasonable to think Gen Flynn had been a Russian agent. And we now know Comey himself had just signed off on ending an investigation into Flynn about that very question.

By all means, put up a candidate who doesn't have the personal baggage of Trump, who supports their goals and the direction where they think the country should go.
And you will get their votes.
Because they will then have an option.

It's no less hypocritical for a socialist to vote for Biden. What choice does he or she have?
 
Since attorney-client privilege existed at the time, I wonder if Trump will sue him for breech of the privilege. Even though disbarred, Cohen would still be liable for while he was Trump's attorney.

Because Trump is THE president NOW. I've said this all along. If you want to prosecute Clinton, then get going. I don't see Clinton hurting this country. I do however see Trump ruining this country.

There were 15 or so other Republicans in the 2016 primaries.. The Republicans picked Trump. They had other options, the Religious Right had other options. They picked Trump..

No matter how we look at it, the current Republican Party, including the Evangelicals is 100% behind Trump. They had many chances to dump him. They didn't, so they own this..

The question is why he lied to congress. He did it out of blind loyalty to Trump who told him to lie to congress. Why else would he have lied? He stood to gain nothing. He did it because he was conned by Trump. Most people under Trumps spell don't change. (Roger Stone to name one). Cohen changed. He realized what he did was wrong and attempted to make it right.

In that context, I believe he is now telling the truth and hope he makes millions from his book.

Isn't the underlying reality that sensational 'tell all' books sell more so than those that aren't?

And he's lost his job, lost his law licence, lost all his money, a convicted felon serving out a prison term. That's what happens to people loyal to Trump. It's no wonder he flipped and is following through.
