Former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe still holding on to his retirement

It's always fun to watch you run screaming, hair on fire, from the greater context of subjects, so you can make yourself feel better by asking inane questions.

Yay! I love fun.

Have someone explain 'could' to you.

The FBIs Office of Professional Responsibility recommended McCabe's termination, but it was " political "....:lamo Y ou know its the least you could do to inform yourself on the issues before showing up and making a complete fool out of yourself.

One things for sure, this is unprecedented, and whatever McCabe did is really bad.

Such fun. Run. RUN!!!!

I thought Obama appointees couldn't be trusted ...

The FBIs Office of Professional Reprehensibility recommended McCabe's termination after being briefed by IG Horrowitz. Posters who are claiming this was politically motivated are ignorant of the facts

You people are just delusional. You've chosen your own reality, and it has nothing to do with the facts .
This is coming from someone that the majority of this forum regards as a conspiracy theorist, that wouldn't know the facts if they bit him.

The FBI's Office of Professional Responsibility recommended McCabe's termination, so their motive was " malevolent " ??
And again, this is someone that routinely champions retarded conspiracies about a mostly Republican FBI engaging in a coup against a Republican candidate/president.

BS...Trump has been calling for firing McCabe for months.

He can call for it but he can't make it happen no more than the left can call for Trump's impeachment and make it happen.

The recommendation to terminate McCabe came from a non-partisan bureau but go ahead and keep on believing in your fairy tales.

Meanwhile, I'll continue to rely on facts.
FBI disciplinary office, the Office of Professional Responsibility, recommends firing former deputy director Andrew McCabe

FYI:
The Office of Professional Responsibility (OPR) is part of the United States Department of Justice (DOJ) responsible for investigating attorneys employed by the DOJ who have been accused of misconduct or crimes in their professional functions. The OPR promulgates independent standards of ethical and criminal conduct for DOJ attorneys, while the DOJ's Office of the Inspector General (OIG) has jurisdiction of non-attorney DOJ employees. Mary Patrice Brown was named acting head of the office in April 2009.[1] Robin Ashton became the head of the office in 2011.
(Note the appointments came about under the Obama administration)

You're welcome. :)

Are you that out of touch, really?

Trump has been hounding McCabe for months, pressuring Sessions to dismiss him, and even arguing he shouldn't get his pension. Are you really going to say that it's all coincidence that McCabe was fired twenty six hours before he'd get his pension? Stop acting like you don't see it.

All of the sudden the right-wing is saying the FBI offices are non partisan, after months of saying they were an arm of an Obama/Clinton conspiracy.

I guess which offices are partisan or not, depends on who they target and for what. :lamo

Strzok and Contrera are suck buddies.

McCabe gets ****canned.

This is all falling apart.

Trump could fire Sessions for not firing McCabe. So yeah, he can make it happen...and did.

McCabe was a career civil servant with the FBI for 20 years, which predates the Obama administration. It's Trump that made it a political circus, not Obama.

So you're wrong. :)

McCabe's firing is certainly a stunning blow to the anti-Trump brigade this evening.
Heads exploding on this thread, for sure. :rofl

McCabe was a civil servant, not a politician. It's Trump that made it political, not Obama.

McCabe isn't investigating President Trump.

Tick tock, tick tock... This is only the beginning.
We knew the IG report was gonna' blow the doors open.
Those involved in the cover-up to help Blammery win the election all had better lawyer up for the special investigation soon to come. They'll all turn on each other like ravenous animals who eat their young.

Yeah well, the military brass are saying Trump is a national security risk. Looks like he could get **** canned himself before the election.

He who laughs last...laughs best. Hehehe.

A coup?

McCabe isn't investigating President Trump.

I didn't say he was, apdst. But somebody should.

Suppose...just suppose...Sessions fired McCabe to save himself and Mueller.

Then, President Trump can't be obstructing justice by firing McCabe, even if he actually fired McCabe.

How would McCabe's ****canning save Sessions and Mueller?

And of course you conveniently forgot to post your unbiased news source that proves the above is true, right?

Not a coup....but definitely a move to remove him from office.

The armed forces can't legally remove the president; nor should they be able to.

I think he was fired because he corroborated Comey's account with the president.

Along with the four other FBI employees who corroborated Comey's account with the president; all have been reassigned, forced to resign, or fired. Every damned one of them.

to Trumpers, that just shows how deep this really goes, man.

Absolutely true. You don't believe the recommendation wasn't influenced by the President. And neither does anybody else.

Despite the fact that Trump has been railing about McCabe publicly and demanding he be fired for months... and has the tweets to prove it.

Good Lord.

The FBI's own Office of Professional Responsibility fired McCabe. Not Trump.

Just shut up.

And he deserved it tenfold.

And he deserved it tenfold.

How would you react if Congress decided to impeach Trump for obstruction of justice tomorrow?

Would he deserve it tenfold?
