For those who believe American soldiers will not shoot Americans

Balderdash. A shot was fired, heard by many people. The NG said they did not fire it. No LEO were in the immediate area.

Yes, a shot was fired before the NG volley.

Any denial of the event is wrong.

I think part of that claim is that several of the National Guardsman said they heard a warning of "snipers on the rooftops" more than once prior to the shootings.

I read it in a newspaper. It might have been in the Akron Beacon Journal, the closest "big city" paper. I've searched for the article and have not been able to find it again.
