Flynn is free, a severe blow to our once proud DOJ

If you ever show the ability to distinguish what is corruption, criminality, or treason, I will take you at least a little bit seriously. At this point, I see you as little more then a deeply partisan unobjective Trump hater.

Of course you do. You literally worship the man as a god, and are gleefully blind to his corruption, criminality and treason.

It's why he's your blind idiot god. You are one of the most unhinged partisans in this site's history.

Me? I'm just partisan against traitors and criminals.

It's likely nothing you'd be interested in.

A court had to free Flynn and it is nothing less than a severe blow to our once proud and basically politically free DOJ. Everyone with a brain knows Flynn was guilty as he admitted he was twice in a court of law under oath, but he was loyal to Trump and now is free.THe DOJ under Trump and Barr has become nothing but a political tool of Trump. It will continue to allow total freedom of action by Trump's friends and his enemies know that Barr is going to use the full power of the DOJ to come after them even if they have done nothing wrong. The DOJ can no longer be proud of what they dd. It is our collective shame. Hopefully in November this is start to come to an end. And those who praises this decision have no love for our country which is supposed to be based on laws and not of men. With Trump and Barr, the DOJ has itself become a criminal organization.
Only those without a functioning brain believe he was guilty.

That's all there is.

@Obamacarefail is a complete fail on Flynn's guilt having to be acknowledged in accepting a pardon. Flynn will have to, once again, admit his guilt and confess that he lied.

Pardon | Criminal Justice and Employment Initiative
Pardon | Criminal Justice and Employment Initiative
A pardon forgives you from guilt and frees you from punishment. The full-and-complete pardon is permanent. The conditional pardon is not permanent and you remain under the supervision of the Department of Corrections. If you violate a condition of the pardon, you can be returned to custody.

No one takes obamacarefail's pontifications other than with a great smile and a pound of salt!

All you have done is blown up your own argument. Trump gives full pardons, not a conditional pardon. A full pardon comes with no strings attached after it has been given. And Trump is not going to ask Flynn to admit guilt to something he was coerced into pleading guilty to. You have lost the argument. Move on. I do not take you the least bit seriously in regards to Flynn or presidential pardons.

Obamacarefail has run away.

That is a very juvenile claim on your part. Not all of read or post on these forums every single day.

He asked for the evidence he was wrong, he got it immediately above, and he has run away.

It's you that is running away after blowing up your own argument. The evidence fits exactly what I have told you. A full pardon comes with no preconditions, at least once it has been rendered.

Sorry to rain on your OP, USA but you made a mistake when you stated "Flynn is now free". No, he is not yet "free". The appellate judge ordered that the case be dropped but the legality of that ruling is still in question and not likely to be supported in the end.

A former federal appellate judge said that last week’s D.C. Circuit decision ordering Judge Emmett Sullivan to dismiss the criminal case against Michael Flynn was “grievously wrong,” failing to address any of the substantive legal questions before the court. He argued that, while the court’s analysis was severely defective, the political circus that would inevitably accompany any further litigation may not merit a rehearing by the full court–particularly because dismissal of the case is likely what would ultimately be “required by law.”

According to J. Michael Luttig, a Fourth Circuit judge from 1991 to 2006, the D.C. Circuit’s ruling was fundamentally flawed in that it did not answer three questions of that were before the court.

Trump’s numbers are a joke and guess what illegals aren’t coming to the US to vote they are coming here because they know there are jobs waiting for him. The same jobs that no one else will do.

While illegals come here for jobs or entitlements, the fact that they come here illegally is the issue. Deportation of illegals is not the only goal. Blocking people from coming into the country illegally to begin withis just as important.

Your blind support is predictable and comical.

But then it's not blind support. I voted for and still support Trump based on the campaign promises he made and has followed through on. That's a breath of fresh air compared to establishment politicians. The fact that you do not understand that is one of the reasons your side was blown away in the 2016 election. You never figured out quite what hit you. To you, its nothing deeper then "Orange man bad".

The US has become the laughing stock of the world because of the President. Zero respect.

To be blunt, you are pulling that out of your backside. You do not speak for the rest of the world....only the fringe left. And you also do not quite grasp the difference between "Like" and "Respect". While much of the world does not like Trump, they do respect USA more where it counts since Trump has been in office. America no longer just pulls it's pants down and bends over on trade deals and other agreements like previous presidents have done/. One example is NAFTA. It was great for Mexico and Canada, however it played a big part in America's manufacutring jobs moving overseas.

Russia and China are the most thankful for this guy.

That is a really dumb statement. I don't think Russia is enjoying the toughest sanctions a US president has ever inflicted on them, or having to deal with Trump sending the Javelin Miissile System to Ukraine to support their efforts to prevent Russia from forcefully annexing more of Ukraine. And I don't think China is pleased with Trump forcing them to make trade agreements that benefit China and the US equally.

To be blunt, that rant is too incoherent to be taken seriously. I support Trump for ideological reasons. And that support did not start until I became convinced on where he stood and what he would do as president until the debates against the hildabeast. My first choice was Ted Cruz.

Indeed. You support twump because your *cough* "ideology" is A-OK with rampant criminality and corruption. And your supposed first choice a bitch-boi to twump.

If you're still having trouble understanding such simple English, just give me a shout.

You are showing your ignorance. A pardon, full or conditional, require that the convict must give in writing his full confession of guilt. The law requires Flynn to do that.

You have the lost the argument, clearly displaying your lack of knowledge about this portion of the law. I gave the appropriate cite, objective and clear.

You must be a Trump Deranged Supporter.

Yet Flynn plead guilty twice in court and cooperated with the Government. Crazy huh.

Has the motion to dismiss been granted yet?

Truth is stranger than fiction.

This is the sort of thing you get when a party is to use the government itself to stay in power. There is even a Latin expression for it, Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?

You should at least give Sean Hannity credit for your talking points.

Trump hasn’t forced China to do much at all. The agreement he brags about is as useless as his usual rhetoric.
Congress has forced this Administration to accept the Russian sanctions, remember this is what got Flynn in trouble in the first place.

You also change your argument about illegal immigration too. No one is for open borders.

You will get an education on criminality and corruption once the Durham indictments start coming. The rest of your rant is an acute case of TDS.

You do not have the foggiest clue. You fail to even understand your own link.

Yet the DOJ still plans on using Flynn’s cooperation for the re-trial of his partner.

I have been opposed to illegal immigration long before I ever heard of Hannity. What next? Accuse me of getting talking points from Rush?

Trump hasn’t forced China to do much at all. The agreement he brags about is as useless as his usual rhetoric.

China would differ with you on that one. The tarrif deal has already cost them hundreds of billions of dollars.

Congress has forced this Administration to accept the Russian sanctions, remember this is what got Flynn in trouble in the first place.

The sanctions were not imposed or forced by congress You are making it up as you go along. Foreign policy defaults to the executive branch, not the legislative branch.

You also change your argument about illegal immigration too. No one is for open borders.

You are either dishonest or ignorant on that one. The democrats are fighting tooth and nail over any and all of the Trump Administrations efforts to enforce our immigration laws. They are even seeking to decriminalize illegal border crossings.

Illegal Immigration: Yes, Democrats Are Now The Party Of Open Borders

"For years, Democrats tried to portray themselves as tough on border security, even as they argued for amnesty for all illegal immigrants currently in the country. Sometimes they slipped, as Hillary Clinton did when, in a paid speech in 2013, she talked about her dream of open borders."

The new guard of the Democratic Party absolutely supports open borders

Which part of he was coerced to admit guilt do you not understand? Fkynn was not even given due process rights. The conviction and guilty plea will be going away.

ObamacareFail, so you admit I am right, that Flynn must admit his guilt to receive a pardon.

The only way Flynn can out of this without an admission is for the appellate courts, probably SCOTUS, to force Sullivan to grant the DOJ motion.

I don't think a Roberts court will do that.

Your post is a absolute lie. Explain how the DOJ will still be utilizing Flynn’s cooperation for his partner’s upcoming trial. Even more interesting is Flynn should be charged with the same charges.

Why do you find that odd?

It's completely consistent. Facts are facts and one of the facts is that Flynn didn't lie.

Willful blindness much? They are charging Flynn’s partner with the the same info Flynn admitted to doing as part of his guilty plea agreement. Flynn committed the same crimes and worked out a deal when he agreed to plead guilty. Do you understand now?

LOL! TDS only exists in the imagination of twump sycophants and fellatrixes. And they all said the same, exact thing about the Horowitz Report.

I'll bookmark this for laughing and finger-pointing purposes later on.

Looking forward to it, old friend!

Willful blindness much?
You do. Constantly. I attempt to avoid it.

I completely understand. What do you not understand about facts being facts?

Obviously, if Flynn's lawyer were representing Rafiekian, then she would be filing the same motions as she did in Flynn's case, with the same likelihood of success. However, those motions have not been filed, so things continue on, likely waiting for developments in the Flynn case.
