Flight attendant, a DACA recipient, released by ICE

Ummmmmmmmmmm, after 6 weeks in jail. Read much?

Again, is this really the best you've got, a deflection from the failed Mueller investigation? It's obvious you are trying to distract from the failed Mueller report by posting nonsense like this.

As is your "help" post after she was already released.

Uh, I provided a link in my first post to information that could really help Roman and her husband. I guess you didn't bother to click on the link, but it states that there is now a Go Fund Me to help with legal expenses.

Her employer convinced her it would have no impact.

Then she's a dumb ass DACA. She already knew the rules. She'd written them on her job app.

The flight attendant put Mexico and Canada on her “no fly” list “very intentionally”

Sorry, I'm not buying it.

She wasn't; she was brought here undocumented as a toddler but achieved her citizenship.
Wut?
Apparently no, as she would not be a recipient of DACA if she were already a citizen.

Her leaving country was a violation of her DACA agreement.

She is well educated, employed, and working towards legal residency and most likely citizenship.

IMO that is a big part of the reason they don't want people like her moving here. The people they looked down on for decades are now passing them, leaving the Trump base at the bottom. They don't like that.

My apology. I meant "legal status," the phrase used in the KBTX article.

Here is what I quoted from KBTX yesterday in Post #7:

From a local source[bolding mine]:

The 28-year-old was assured by Mesa Airlines that she could legally fly to Mexico and back, but was detained upon her arrival back to the United States.

Roman came to the United States as an undocumented child from Peru at 3 years old. She grew up in Texas, graduated from Texas A&M, attained legal status under Deferred Action for Child Arrivals (DACA), and married a U.S. citizen.

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services have already granted her I-130 Petition, which puts her on the path to lawful permanent residency. Local flight attendant detained by ICE expresses gratitude for those who fought for her release. Local flight attendant detained by ICE expresses gratitude for those who fought for her release

Her parents brought her here illegally to be born as a political pawn. They are the first to blame - the "original sin" as they say. Then we have congress who refuses to address illegal immigration at all. So the only way to control our borders is to fight federal judges with EO's, or just start deporting all but the DACA's and use that pressure to demand congress get busy and fix it.

Nothing will happen until Trumps second term because the democrats need the issue. Hell, the R's couldn't get it done when they controlled both houses. So the best course of action is to start deporting illegals and the one's on the way will get the idea and in addition to that institute E Verify, nationally.

As we move to more and more AI, we need less and less unskilled labor, not more. There are agricultural programs that work, also.

also with the healthcare.... unless you want a middle class revolt and a 3rd world country due to it, we need to stop piling on the possible recipients of their tax money who don't deserve it.... that means illegal Immmigrants. not gonna get single payer like that.

Mesa Airlines assured her that it was okay for her to fly.

Irrelevant. Mesa Airlines is not the authority on the matter.
She left the US.

But she shouldn't be here. She has brown skin and she might even be Catholic! The next thing you know she will be applying for food stamps and welfare. Also, there is a good chance she's a violent Marxist rapist. I'll bet she even speaks Spanish in public. God help us.

I think she may even have a penis!
