SK, Japan, Iran is very close, even ethnic Turks, Scandinavia is look not that bad compere to many other states
 
Every time a Finnish baby is born an African baby gets adopted and receives full welfare benefits.
 
Cheapskates. My cousin and his wife spent almost $50K to adopt their baby.

Well, I didn't intend my response to be taken literally, but it was meant to illustrate a point. If the problem is needing more people, isn't the obvious solution to take them from a place where there's a surplus? UNLESS the Finns are cultural chauvinists who just want more white, Finnish babies.

We already have a glimpse of how tolerant Europeans are when it comes to admitting Nigerians or Libyans or whatever--basically, anyone who isn't a Norman or a Teuton--onto the Continent. They agree to pay off Erdogan (and then stiff him) to keep them in Turkey, or they leave the Italians holding the bag.

Mexico doesn't border the Aegean or the Mediterranean. Look at a globe. Kids in cages is our problem and our shame.

I'm trying to stay on task. Last I checked Finland is in Europe and a member of the EU, but the Trump haters would rather focus on him than dead Nigerians or Syrians.
