Yes, but there's another side to this. Turtle wasn't so far off the mark when he said, "If you try to shoot the king, you better not miss." My point is that unless the House is extremely confident that such an investigation can yield a positive result, then perhaps more circumspection may be wise. If they antagonize the bejeezus out of Kavanaugh to no avail, then all they've done is create a very, very angry life time Supreme Court Justice whose eyes will shoot laser beams at the mere sight of a case involving a right versus left issue.
