Farm Belt Bankruptcies Are Soaring

I do believe chapter 12 is reorganization.

Chapter 7 is liquidation, so I doubt the farms will be lost, even if the OP wants that to happen.

Keeps them going long enough to foolishly vote Republican again during the next election.

Sure, and of course we can't forget the fact that China stopped buying soybeans from us for a large part of the year, because of Trump's trade war. I'm sure that that had nothing to do with farm belt bankruptcies at all.

What do you think the bolded part says? Guess you want the trade deficit with China to continue? But the trade war is not the only reason!!

You have that wrong.

Obama said that to McCain.

You have that wrong. Obama said it to Eric Cantor in 2009 in their first closed door meeting when Cantor and the GOP were telling Obama want they wanted.

one of the first things to drive me away from the GOP was seeing the stupidity of so many over there who insist that they know what they are talking about.

Because we ****ing told them he would. Several times.

I am torn about this. I don't know how I feel. I hate that they are struggling. They brought it on themselves, though, and not only themselves - think of all the others who got butt****ed by this president that didn't even vote for him. The ones who voted for him hurt everybody.
IMHO, they deserve every element of the hardships they're dealing with right now.

I don't feel sorry for them at all. They are people that thought Trump would hurt other people, but never contemplated he could screw them.

I'm not going to be a shoulder for them to cry on.
