Well, apparently you think they are very good at it and also believe Russians were good enough to give the election to Trump in 2016. What about those Russians in 2020? Are you saying they aren't going to be as good as in 2016? Are you saying that Trump is going to put a stop to the Russians election meddling in 2020? And what about Trump not leaving office lol? Remember, if Trump loses he isn't going to leave office! If you really believe these things then how can Biden possibly win? What's the point in even having the election if you are going to spend yet another 4 years screaming Trump isn't the legitimate president? You either believe in this conspiracy theory nonsense or you don't. If you honestly believe Biden is going to win then that proves you realize all of this partisan bull**** conspiracy theories are just a hoax.

I think republicans have been doing their best to engage in "voter suppression, voter disinformation, and finally the downright theft of an election" similar to the link you posted.

Weather they try to outright steal the election remains to be seen, but I'm not putting anything past this lot.

They also tried against Brian Kemp and failed by discovering boxes full of ballots after the election and wanted them counted. It's always amazing how every close election Democrats find boxes of ballots after the election is over. Says the party who wants to suppress votes by increasing mail in balloting.
