Even Angela Merkel’s political rivals are on her side against Trump

In a poll conducted in February, 78 percent of Germans said they were “very concerned” about Trump's policies

But why is this so news worthy? I mean, 78% of people that aren't even from the U.S., are very concerned about Trumps (crazy ****ing loony behavior)?? That's no story!

Why are the media and liberals hating so much on our snowflake? Why?! They have no proof he committed a crime, just a mountain of proof that he's a complete and total idiot and a danger to the world and himself, I mean, that's not anything to be worried about. Now if he lied about getting a BJ from an intern, THAT would be a national-****ing crisis! And Hillary is still roaming free, that's a national crisis too.

Meeting with our wealthiest and most powerful Allies around the world and pissing on them? This is negotiation... people...this is how Trump rolls, chill out!

Maybe I should send President Trump my copy of Dale Carnegie's How To Win Friends and Influence People.

Yawn. The same country that helped instigate two world wars is in no place to lecture the U.S. on peacekeeping. Especially since their current chancellor said that the U.S. (and Britain) are unreliable while her country refuses to pay their agreed upon GDP spending for NATO.

Considering how we as a country stood by and did nothing to stop the rise of nazi Germany and did little to help our European allies prepare, I believe some the blame lies with the United States.

I have no beef with the German way of life in general. One of my nephews spent time in Germany as a college exchange student or something. He really liked the country. One side of my family are German-Americans and our people of course originally came over from Germany (during the mid 1800s). In fact, I'm a bit jealous of the benefits of living a life in Germany. As it is I must survive the Midwestern American urban life of routine threats of violence. Lots of guns violence. And the less fiscally liberal lifestyle of America.

I was also very surprised when my nephew told me university education in Germany is easier than it is in the USA. To be fair, he went to what is rated an "Ivy League Public University" here in the US. So, presumably a university in the US with more rigorous academic standards than some other US universities. But he implied German life--even academically--is not as high pressured and competitive as that of the United States.

I'm also aware that university education is free in Germany. Not only is it free (no tuition for the student, I don't want to get into semantics about tax money and "nothing is ever free") but my understanding is the German Government even pays some students to attend college. I'm thinking of medical school. I heard of a Black-American man from the USA that went to medical school in Germany because the German Government offered his entire education for free, not to cost him a dime, but actually gave him money to live on while going through medical school. The catch was he was contractually obligated to practice medicine for X number of years in Germany after he graduated. Not a bad deal.

So, my question is, if Germany has it so good then why don't they launch a military invasion of the United States to free Americans from the tyranny of the US Government?

If they are not trying to launch a military invasion of the USA to free, emancipate, Americans be they poor, homeless, or middle-class tax payers then what do they want from the US tax payers via through the mouth of President Donald Trump? Or does Merkel assume no one in the USA has any problems? That the streets of the US are paved in gold and every single person is bursting with happiness and no matter what happens every single American citizen can count on the US Federal Government rescuing them?

I found this portion of the article very telling. Because it indicates the German people do not really find Putin and Russia some imminent threat. In fact, they apparently regard Trump and the Americans as a greater threat to them. How? Could it be more of their tax money would have to be shifted to their military budget with less going to German education and social programs? In other words is it really that they fear living like millions of Americans?

From article in post #1:
In a poll conducted in February, 78 percent of Germans said they were “very concerned” about Trump's policies — almost 20 percent more than those who were worried about the politics of Russian President Vladimir Putin.

I also like this portion from the article:
Speaking at a beer hall rally in Munich on Sunday, Merkel suggested that the era when Europe could rely on the United States may be coming to an end and that the continent “really must take our fate into our own hands.”

Oh, you mean like many Americans who are not saved by Bush, Obama, Hillary, Trump or the whole of the US Federal Government, Merkel? Like these poor souls in liberal, Democrat run Los Angeles:

Or Las Vegas:

Or stroll through a small East Coast city in the USA:

I appreciate your concern for my hard earned tax dollars. Maybe you can get your savior to stop wasting it on weekly golf outings at his resorts and try and learn how to do his damn job.

I would love to cut down on military spending. We can start by getting our troops out of Europe.

Okay, maybe not 100% free, but incredibly inexpensive for the college student to purchase an education in Germany.

Doesn't Merkel first need to figure out where Germany is on a map?
