Before you ask your doctor for Viagra, Cialis etc, which they might not prescribe, there are several OTC alternatives. My physician said it might give me a heart attack or stroke with my condition. Great, got broke dick to go with my broke wallet.

First I tried l-Arginine for improved nitric oxide but nada. Then I added Pine Bark or Pycnogenol and still only half mast. Then I got desperate and added Zinc, Beetroot capsules with a modicum of effect until a friend gave me a joint, then Hola! It's a lot of supplements for ol` Mr Nasty but you get what you can, while you can, because eventually gravity wins.

I've yet to find and All-In-One like I can design separately. Many of them have Ginseng, Yohimbe and other herbs with potential negative side effects, especially for my HBP.

If anyone has heard of something better let me know please.

Are you saying weed helped with it? Hmm, I wouldn't have expected that. I mean, it can certainly make sex feel better, but I'm surprised it increased the blood flow down there. Is it possible it just relaxed you and made you not stress over it as much?

Ashwagandha root. It comes in both tablet and liquid form. I buy it at a local grocery chain in the Seattle area called PCC. It was recommended by my caregiver. It's supposed to boost energy as well.

Since my teens weed has always given me a stiffy without trying. Chemical. Ironically, I don't like the other effects, sleepy, hungry and forgetful.

I've tried it before and it's got an artificial feeling too me. I prefer my cocktail of supplements and herbs. I will admit, it's better now than ever before, but I'm not that old either. My mate thinks I've gone nuts.

Cheaper than that in Mexico. I always stop on the way to San Diego and get Ciallis for 2 bucks a pill. Can't beat it. I have amazing medical insurance, but its 110 bucks for 8 pills.

I am going to Puetra Vallarta in May for Pride week. Do you need prescription in Mexico for ED Meds? I may just hit Saudi pharamcy before traveling to Mexico, that way I know I got the real thing, 4 tabs for under $20, good price and its not generic.

Yep, just make sure you are at a good pharmacy. There is a tiny border town about 3 hours south of me, it is just pharmacies, dentists and opticians. Park on the US side, walk in, and go through customs to come back, all of 20 minutes. Generics work, and they are cheap, you can get most any thing down there, not any opioids though, which is fine with me.

Sounds like a bad diagnosis to me.

Find the real cause and then address the issue. Right now you are trying to address the symptoms. It sounds to me like sounds like your doctor is throwing **** at the wall.

ED drugs are awful, just awful. I had to take low dose ED drugs for a enlarged prostate and even at the low dose the side effects are unbelievable. Stay away.

Did a urologist tell you the problem steamed from hypertension?

Consider an FDA approved penis pump. It will result in an erection 100% of the time. A rubber **** ring (like a thick rubber band) keeps the erection for quite a while. Obviously don't leave it on more than a couple hours, but generally you would slowly lose the erection anyway. The only reason not to use one would be embarrassment, but I would think that less embarrassing then unable to get an erection or to keep it. Like a **** ring, you stay erect even after ejaculation, which is another plus and it will make you hard as a rock. A bit larger too.

Have you spoken with your medical provider about options/remedies? I see a holistic healer. She's the one who turned me on to Ashwagandha root.

This article says that folks with Parkinsons' can actually suffer from hypersexuality! Wow. But again, speak with your medical provider and if you haven't I can consult my healer, she's great a working with guys with all kinds of mental and physical issues.
